It's ok

It took a few times before I found the right brush to use with this palette. Try not to dig in for too much product because it goes on thick and a little hard to remove when it's already applied.

Older was Better

Older version was Much Better... This seems to be more more Cakey and Clumpy. Why did you change?

Desde que descubri este producto, no lo he cambiado. Hace dos años que encontré mi tono (3) rebajado y decidí darle una oportunidad. Lo uso a diario y no he llegado ni a la mitad. Con tomar poco producto es suficiente. Normalmente su precio es de 38€ pero si es verdad que cunde muchísimo.

I love this product

I love how easy is to use this product. it has everything ready for a fixer upper on my brows. The little tweezers are adorable and the brow powder and the wax are just what I need.

I use this product religiously

I have been using this product for about 4/5 years and I am now on my 4 one. It is the only product that matches my brow color perfectly and has always been the easiest/fastest way to do my brows. I was so upset when they discontinued it at Ulta for the new pro kit since that is where I usually purchase this, but honestly I wouldn't use all the options they put it in so I will stick with this product for a lonnnnnnng time.

Olor desagradable

Compré este producto por sus reseñas, pero no me dí cuenta lo abrí y utilicé pero el olor era insoportable, como a plastilina y lo he tenido que tirar entero. No sé si tiene fecha de caducidad pero me parece fatal que vendan productos en ese estado.

I've been buying this since 2011 and I have never strayed. It lasts for ages and you have amazing brows. You can change how defined you want your brows

Could not live without.

I have dark hair, but very thin brows in terms of growth. I don't like eyebrow products that make my brows too heavy or a focal point. I love the consistency of this powder and the fact that it adds color without overpowering. I also appreciate that that there is no fallout. I don't use the wax everyday, but I find it helpful when my brows have grown out and I'm in need of threading or waxing. I don't think this product it for everyone, but it is perfect for me.

Why don't you sell refill packs?

I love this product and have used it for years. With the current state of climate change, why are you not selling refill packs? Instead you have to buy the whole product again and waste all that packaging? Not to mention you then get ANOTHER brush and tweezers..... I love it but it's forcing me to look elsewhere.

Easy!! Not a big makeup person outside of Mascara but this is so easy!!

Easy to use

Cant fault this product, easy to use with brushes and tweezers included. Its stayed on all day even after I slept in it.
