Clarifying Detox Shampoo - Champú Clarificante

I really had high hopes for the shampoo however I tried it after I came out of the shower. It dried super oily.

Not for me

After using this product my hair has been so dry. Also, when I use this product it made my skin break out really bad. My scalp has never been this dry.

The water where I live is very hard. My hair always looked greasy, no matter what products I used. After one use, my hair looks great! This is excellent at removing build up from hard water.

The worst

This is the worst shampoo I have ever tried. I use a detox shampoo once a week, I received this as a sample and I was looking forward to trying it. I was so disappointed, it left my hair feeling like straw I could not even get a brush through it. I had to use a deep conditioner, bond repair cream to restore moisture to my hair. There are so many better products out there on the market even drugstore brands are better than this.

A new favorite!

This clarifying shampoo is amazing. I notice that it works better if you leave it on for a few minutes but omg my hair and scalp have never felt more clean after using this. The scent is really nice too.

SAVED MY HAIR

5 stars is not enough! I’m in my early 50’s and hormones drastically changed my hair! My hair was FINE after coloring always, last color was June 1 2023, and by May 2024 my hair turned into straw. If I tried any heat styling, it literally turned my hair into a stuck almost solid plastic feeling sheet. I couldn’t comb/brush/finger-style it out! I started using this restore line, and the results are incredible!! My hair is super soft again, can be heat styled, and looks and feels so much healthier! I use nothing but Living Proof products now, and now my daughter uses it too as she’s a constant platinum color blonde girl and all that bleaching was starting to ruin her hair!! Now, her hair is doing great again, even with consistent coloring!

Great Product on the first use!

I am an annual member of FabFitFun and this was one of the choices for the 2025 Spring Box. I NORMALLY don't get any hair products in them, but I chose this one this time and SO glad I did. My hair was really damaged, due to some health issues, three major surgeries and radiation, which all just drains our hair, my long beautiful hair was broken, split, and not growing, I had it cut and it was so slow and still limp and dull. I got my box last friday, the 14th, and I couldn't wait to try it, WELL! on the FIRST shampoo, the difference was CLEAR. My hair had life, it was smooth and it had body to it. I was impressed, well, today I used it again, and still delighted with it's results.

If the Ouai detox didn't work for you, this might!

Was trying to find a clarifying shampoo that worked for me and I got a sample for this one, did an amazing job washing the sebum out of my hair compared to how the Ouai detox did. Been using the full product since and it's been great.

does not lather at all, made my hair feel dirty, and overall just disliked the product.

Easily the best clarifying shampoo on the market

As a Hairstylist I run into issues with hard water and product buildup on the daily. I have had blondes ask me if I used a toner on them because it removes so much dullness and buildup truly revealing a brighter blonde. I can no longer live without this!

Love this, want a matching conditioner!

I love this shampoo. I try to use it once a week in place of my normal shampoo to really clean my hair when it's super greasy. It smells great and feels like it works really well. I just wish there was a matching conditioner!

A Weekly Shampoo Staple

I’ve been using this weekly for about a month and it has made such a difference on my hair quality. I used to have a patch of my hair/scalp that seemed to always be oily and thanks to a TikTok video I learned a clarifying shampoo would help. After one wash that oily patch was gone and my hair felt much cleaner overall. Not only that, but it’s allowed me to decrease my wash days because it keeps my hair oil free for a good 4 days. I typically use this and follow up with Oribe’s Hair Alchemy Strengthening Mask, as this shampoo does make my hair feel a bit dry after washing and the mask helps replenish any moisture lost. Highly recommend!
