Great mask!!!

This hair mask by Shu Uemura uses rice water to strengthen and thicken hair, making it feel healthier, softer, and shinier. It’s especially good for fine or damaged hair and helps reduce breakage and split ends. The scent is light and clean, and the texture is rich and creamy. It Makes hair stronger and thicker, Reduces breakage, Smells great, Works well for color-treated hair. The only downside is that May not be hydrating enough for very dry or curly hair. Otherwise it’s really Great for anyone wanting to strengthen and protect their hair with a luxurious treatment.

Best hair mask ever!

I have fine, curly hair subhect to both frizz and dryness and thus mask absolutely transforms my curls. I have tried probably 100s of conditioners—this ranks as number for me. I tried a sample—just sprang for full size. Worth it!!

Worthy splurge!

The cold Midwest winters make my hair feel super dry - but this hair mask brings the softness back to my hair. I’ve tried other hair masks, but nothing is quite like this one. It’s worth the splurge!

Must Have for anyone!

I am almost out of my first purchase of this incredible hair mask. My hair is so long and pretty now! It makes my long hair strong and soft. Sometimes I'll use it as a rinse and it still works it's magic. I recommends it to a friend whose hair is thinning out a little bit and I know she will benefit. I highly recommend for anyone. My hair is thick but very fine and doesn't do well with too much heat. I don't have to worry about breakage using this mask.

immediately Impressed

I got a sample packet of this in a recent order, finally tried it out and...wow! I rarely write reviews or am impressed by new products, but this was an automatic, oh I'm gonna need to go buy that. I have very dry hair, and this made my hair feel the softest it's been in years. I found the smell to be nice, not at all overpowering, good consistency, nice to use.

I received this product in exchange for a review. This Izumi Tonic Strengthening & Thickening Rice Water Hair Mask is actually pretty good. It was easy to use and worked better than I anticipated. My hair felt great after using it, smooth and strong. It lasted for about 4 days before I felt I had to wash my hair again, which for me is a good amount of time. With my hair these hair masks typically last about 1-2 days. I am pleasantly surprised by this product. The only thing I didn’t care for was the scent, it was a little stronger than I prefer, but because this product worked so well I would deal with the scent, and the scent is more of a personal thing, so other people may not mind it as much. If it wasn’t for the price point on this I would consider purchasing it because of how well it worked. I would recommend it for people looking for a good hair mask that actually works, and people that can fit it in to their budgets.

Saved my hair

I received Izumi Tonic Strengthening & Thickening Rice Water Hair Mask to try for free in exchange for my honest review. I have been trying to get my hair silver, in vain, for awhile before I got to try this. I had bleached it, toned it, dyed it, toned it again, and even tried the color depositing condition. Needless to say my hair was damaged. The results with one use of this mask were amazing. I can already see the results and can't wait until I can try it a few more times.

Great mask.

Great mask - leaves hair very smooth and silky when you rinse it. Even it was pretty tangled after shampooing. And my hair get tangled easy. The scent is not too strong although on a heavier side, whilst pleasent. The packaging is simply and elegant.

Good but not great for my curls

This mask is really nice at smoothing hair and leaving it frizz-free and shiny! It also smells amazing and is easy to use. However, it wasn't the best for my particular curly hair—my hair can be very sensitive to protein, and while I have had much worse results from, for example, keratin masks, it did seem like my curls were less bouncy when I used it. But of course YMMV even for curly girls!

After first use, I can tell my hair felt softer and looked shiny. It smells pretty good and nothing over powering. I would definitely buy this again to help my hair when I am getting ready to do a blow dry!
