More bang for the buck

I received this product as part of a free sample program. I have very dry hair and after a couple of uses my hair was moister and stronger tensile strength. You don't have to use much either. Nice and light and a fresh smell. Nice packaging and even though it's pricier, you get more value because you only need to use a small amount. I actually left it on overnight and loved the results because I have very dry and brittle hair.

no strengthening so far. I feel its damaging my hair!

A little goes a long way

The first thing I noticed about this mask is its' clear, light gel texture, very different from a creamy mask in both consistency and application. It is not sticky or greasy. I was surprised it was rich in light of the texture. The scent is heady and spalike. There is patchouli but with atypical supporting, sweeter woodsy notes. It lingers a bit on my hair after the treatment. It doesn't take much product to get results, maybe a tablespoon or two is more than enough, even on my waist-length hair. Hair feels thicker and stronger after use and less dry. There is some frizz and flyaway reduction without hair feeling weighed down or greasy.

Disappointed

I am actually a fan of the shu uemura brand products so I was ecstatic when I found out I would be receiving 2 of their products I had not yet tried. Unfortunately the hair mask was a let down, for me. I liked the packaging & appearance of the product itself, as well as, the consistency. The scent was decent. Strong, (which I like), but didn't last once it had been rinsed from my hair. It was a bit on the masculine side which isn't preferred, but certainly not a deal breaker. As far as the results go, this is where I was let down/disappointed. I followed the instructions to a tee, but did not see any changes in the look or feel of my hair. I used the product numerous times just to be sure I was getting the same "results" and unfortunately, I was/did. In fact, I think I get better results using a regular conditioner than I did using the mask. I was really bummed as I thought for sure I had found a new product I'd be adding to my "collection", but I was wrong. Especially given the price point of the 6 fl oz jar it is sold in. It may work for others, just not for me. (I have fine, semi-thinning, shoulder length, color treated hair.)

Left my hair feeling like silk!

I am long overdue for a trim and my hair, especially the ends, has been extra dry. My hair is already prone to dryness since it’s curly and color treated. Not only does this mask smell incredible, it deeply hydrated and left my hair like silk - and so shiny! The best part is - this mask only takes 5 minutes!

This mascara is the best I've ever tried. It's interesting how it removes the frizz, smoothes my hair, untangles it and leaves it super manageable, it leaves my hair shiny and very light, it's not heavy on my hair. thank you very much for this sample free

I’m not sure if this is the mask for my hair type. It made my hair extremely soft, however, my hair is already soft and requires protein to strengthen it. It might help with damage since my hair is color treated. Strong fragrance on the hair mask. Felt very high end. Will try again. Received this product for free. Probably with multiple uses, I would be able to tell if this product is working for me.

great product for swim damaged hair

This is a great hair replenishing mask. I enjoyed the mild smell and the easy application. This worked especially well on my daughters hair, she’s an avid swimmer, and the chlorine really damages her hair. After using this product on her hair her hair no longer felt dry and brittle. My hair too felt soft and manageable and increased shine.

Sleek and Sexy!

Wow! I am blown away with this product. My hair has never felt so smooth and silky! shu uemura Ashita Supreme Mask and Serum was received as a free product to sample and give my honest review. A few things about it: 1) The container doesn’t have directions on it so make sure to read the box it comes in before trying. 2) There is a menthol smell and tingly that occurs when you put on your hair. It feels absolutely incredible and I loved the smell. Not overpowering at all. 3) Make sure to leave in for full amount of time. Your hair will thank you for using this! 4) Set up a date night because you are going to look and feel like you just went to the salon after using this product!

Amazing product!

This shu uemura Ashita Supreme Mask and Serum is absolutely amazing!! My hair feels amazing and I highly recommend anyone to try these products! It tamed my frizzy dry hair in just one treatment!
