    Rated 1 de 5 por de Poor Profuct Development My hair is fine med length. It takes a lot of shampoo to have a decent lather and the scent is not great in my opinion. After drying my hair does not feel softer and feels heavier. I also used the conditioner only on the tips. Not a great product for the price and "and all the whistles" of free of this and that.

    Rated 1 de 5 por de Really Runny - Not Normal Shampoo Texture When I first opened it I was surprised to find a very runny, almost watered down conditioner, texture. It doesn't lather well at all and I don't think it cleans hair as well as other Aveda shampoos. I'll stick with the Botanicals line.

    Rated 1 de 5 por de Not happy at all. I bought the liter sizes of both the shampoo and conditioner at the recommendation from an Aveda stylist I had been using. Used both for six months when I realized I was losing a LOT of hair, and still am! I have lost HALF of the amount of hair I had a year ago and have a lot of breakage. Now, I have to get my remaining hair cut short to help cut down the amount of damage and split ends. NOT HAPPY.

I wanted to love this shampoo -- the scent is pretty and gingery and the product feels nice while using in the shower, but the positive experience ends there. I was quite surprised at how intensely drying this shampoo was, but I was even more surprised when I found it caused the skin on my scalp, face, and neck to become extremely dry, red, and irritated. Moreover, my hair felt strangely stiff, and not at all replenished nor moisturized. Really disappointed by the poor performance of such an expensive product.

    Rated 1 de 5 por de Worst shampoo ever! This product is the worst shampoo I have ever used. It dried my hair out to the point where it felt like straw. Every time I used it, I followed with an Oribe deep moisture treatment just so I could comb out the tangles. I tried it for a few weeks, not realizing how much damage was being done to my hair. Even my stylist noticed the difference which was interesting because I bought it because he raved about how good it was. For reference, my hair is coloured, but not bleached and fine.

    Rated 5 de 5 por de Best Aveda shampoo ever! Love everything about this shampoo! Cleans and adds moisture without weight. Does exactly what it claims, worth every penny. My hair has never looked and felt this healthy. I have tried every Aveda line (minus the color related ones) and this is the absolutely the best. With this shampoo/conditioner combo I don't even feel a need for a masque. I wish I had tried this line sooner and instead of the botanical repair.

    Rated 2 de 5 por de Ok but makes hair flat and dukl I have normal /medium color treated hair. This product weighs my hair down even when using a small amount and rinsing immediately. It's also a lot duller less shine than when using other aveda conditioners like Color care

    Rated 2 de 5 por de Disappointing, not for all hair types I've been using this shampoo and its matching conditioner (no other products) for about a month now. I was hoping maybe my hair needed to get used to it, but no, this product is disappointing. It leaves my hair a combination of frizzy and somehow waxy that previously only Pantene had accomplished. My hair is fine and wavy, not that you can see any waves after using this shampoo and conditioner. I would say skip this product if you have fine hair that tends a little dry or have hair without a strong curl. Really a bummer, Aveda came highly recommended, maybe their other products are better? skip this one though.
