The consistency is thin so your not sure if it will hold shadow in place but once it dries, the shadow base is solid and holds shadow both cream and powder.

This eyeshadow base is the best. It does exactly what it supposed to do. While the price is high , it lasts a long time.

Perfect base for all types of shadows

Best eyeshadow base out there! Glides in smoothly, has no odor like some other brands, and my shadow lasts the entire day. No touch up needed if I go out at end of day either. Used to use it with powder shadow, but I've been only using cream stick shadows for a few years now. It's perfect for those.

Great base

I have been using this eyeshadow base for several years now! I love it. My eyeshadow stays in place and the colors stay vibrant. Goes a long way, worth the price.

It’s ok

Not my favorite, easy to make cakey looking. But if you apply just a subtle amount (little a drop) and just blend with your finger, then it’s nice & holds my day to day eyeshadow in place.

Good, sticky, and smooth

I've been using the UD eye primer for mature skin, and decided to try this product. It definitely smooths the eye area and eyeshadow sticks to it. It's also very visible, so be sure you put it where you want product over it. It is bright white. But it takes color really well. I'll use it and the UD going forward.

Good shadow primer

It’s probably the best primer on the market, that being said it still doesn’t perform miracles for everyone. Works great in the winter but summertime it doesn’t work for me after I put on my SPF, just something to keep in mind. I do wish there was more product for the price, but the bottle is really luxe and I love the long wand! Goes on clear so doesn’t mess with any eyeshadow colors if that’s your preference. My mom uses it as well, she absolutely loves it for her mature eyelids and I can attest that her eyeshadow doesn’t crease with this on. So definitely varies person to person but I have yet to find a better primer!

Miss the tinted base

This product works well enough but does not compare well to the tinted base. It was the best smudge proof eye shadow base. I've started looking elsewhere for tinted bases. I hope it comes back!

Great product

Works beautifully to prime eyelids for makeup. Eyeshadow clings better and gives opaque coverage and doesn't crease after hours of wear.

The best primer for age lids

The only primer that does not crease on me. I have tried lot of brands and this is the only one that works,
