One of my favorite shampoos to date! Amika does it again! The scent is amazing and it keeps my hair smooth and fresh from damage. I don’t have heavily damaged hair but this helps keep any extra damage away. I recommend

This stuff works

This stuff just works. Had my hair bleached for the 1st time in years and immediately saw my hair start looking damaged.Bought the mask first and saw such improvement, ended buying whole line and I love it!

Great repair shampoo!

Maintaining my hair healthy and looking good is the main thing I look for in my hair products for 2nd or 3rd day hair. A big concern of mine is to make sure that my hair has good volume and looks thicker.

I’ve been using amika’s strengthening shampoo for a few weeks and my hair feels noticeably stronger and healthier. It cleans well without stripping, helps reduce breakage, and leaves my hair soft, shiny, and fresh after every wash.

BAD

Horrible my hair started falling out IN CHUNKS the first time I used it in the shower when I got out and it was fully dried my hair is like hay.  Very very disappointed hopefully my hair is not ruined for good ruined for good ruined for good.

Heavy on my hair

Love the scent ane that you don't need much for a good lather. It will last you long! Sadly, it's too heavy for my hair.. It feels like the product is on my hair, and it gets greasy very fast! I took time to review it and trial it with different conditioners and different styling options. But sadly, this is a NO from me. It makes your hair heavy, and you definitely feel the product in your hair.

A new Favorite

My hair is the softest its ever been. I do use a clarifying shampoo once a week. And i wash my hair every day. I have Medium and sensitive hair.

After all the bad reviews I assumed I would hate it.. but I actually love it! I love the way it smells .. I have thin wavy hair that I style daily and I had very minimal frizz, and was shiny!

Amika got it all wrong.

I purchased this shampoo to treat my semi damaged colored hair and after the first use my hair began to fall out. I decided to try it one more time and experienced the same reaction. The hair loss was significant, nothing I ever experienced before. My hair texture is unrecognizable and after a day or two post use feels greasy and lumpy. This product doesn't do what it's promised. "Kure Strength Repair" , I will have to cure my hair after using this product.

Such a great shampoo for Afro-ethnic hair. I am a 3c/4a curly gal and this stuff works wonders on my hair. Smooths my strands instantly when I go to wash them and makes them very moisturized after without over drying.
