Disappointed

I purchased this from Ulta in early October '25. It is now the end of December '25, so I've used it every other day for almost 2 months. This has given me several whiteheads and chronic peeling. (I've used retinal creams for 10 years and havent peeled like this before.) I also dont really have acne issues or sensitive skin. My skin care routine is very minimal with just one cleanser and just one treatment product. This was used in lieu of the retinal treatment I ran out of. So there's nothing else that could have made the difference. I didn't realize this had silicone but I'm guessing that's what caused the whiteheads. Discontinuing use.

I am shocked at how much this immediately toned down all the redness and post acne hyperpigmentation! I use Tret at night and this after I shower. A game changer!!!! So grateful CopilCsuggested this

Smooth, effective, no pilling

This has been gradually lightening up some stubborn dark spots. No irritation and no pilling or balling up. I accidentally used a generous amount thinking it was NMF (same tube, no eye glasses on) and I did not get any pilling at all. I used with Remedy dark spot serum, and then NMF on top after I got the right tube! 🥸

Nice texture

Was hesitant to use this after all the reviews about pilling a grittiness. But I used it today and it is soft creamy and I had very little pilling. I used a small amount - like pea size and dotted it in areas needed and spear until absorbed. The only thing I don’t like is that is says not to use with retinoids, peptides or other acids, but other companies say this is ok. So wondering why. I’m using for stubborn pigmentation and would be more powerful to use in combo with my other pigment products.

My go-to for 3 years for rosacea, redness, acne

This product helped with my rosacea almost overnight! I've been using it for several years now, and it still delivers results. It decreases both the redness and the acne-like bumps. It also helps with horrible related acne along the jaw line. I apply it with wet fingers to help smooth it over my face more easily.

Tough for sensitive skin, but spread out treatment

I’m getting used to this. I know it will take a while to see effects, however even with the recommended pea sized amount I do get a little irritation on my sensitive skin. I spread out the treatments to every two days and also follow with heavy hydration creams as well. Seems to mitigation the sensitivity. I’m starting to see some benefit which is a good sign!

Amazing for chin hormonal acne

This is a brilliant product it’s cleared my hormonal breakouts! I was worried about purging so I started using just once a week then twice and now I’m using three times a week. No irritation! Retinol destroyed my skin barrier so I was worried but all good! My skin loves this. I get chin hormonal acne and I’ve had perioral dermitis (Avene ciclafete helped that that) and then this predict has totally improved my hormonal breakouts! Amazing. I also use my led mask 4 times a week.

If only I can give 0 stars, I would, I bought the product last week, and I’ve used it for 2 days and I see that I’m getting red dots around my eyes and under my eyes as well

A must-have Azelaic acid in my routine

It's a good product. I use it with retinol, and it works really well. It made my skin soft and reduced visible dark spots. Just use a small amount once a day on the affected area. Also, be patient; it will start showing results after a few uses.

Doesn’t play well with Makeup

I started using this recently with my daytime routine and it leaves my skin so greasy, that when I put foundation on, it wipes right off. I don’t want to use it at night because I have prescription strength.

Pretty Good

I don’t use this product as it is recommended but everytime i do reach for it, i notice a big difference in my skin. Helps my closed comedones and lightens my dark spots which are my main two concerns
