This is a good product. I am the type that will put on moisturizer in the morning and I’ll be shiny by the time I get home from work. This product helps a lot. I’m still a little glowing when I get home, but it’s much better than before and I have noticed that my pores are smaller and I’m less oily on my nose. I’ll definitely keep using.

My husband has very oily skin and this in combination with the charcoal face wash has made a huge difference to make his skin much smoother and take away all the shine he hated. Great product at a reasonable price.

No more oil buuutttt...

This was a gift for my husband who has extremely oily skin.After 3 days of using this, he said it made his face really dry and his skin felt tight. So it stopped the oil but made his face uncomfortably dry. He said he will probably add a little bit of other lotion with it to see if it helps.

Great mattifying moisturizer

This is a great product for men (and women) everywhere! Easy to apply and evens the skin tone. Very tacky and makes skin look and feel like porcelain. Makes any excessive shine disappear.

Great Product

Bought this for my husband and he loves it because he no longer returns home looking like he slathered vaseline on his face. The only issue I have with it is that it doesn't keep him matte for a work day. Perhaps, you're supposed to blot once in a while but I'd probably win the lottery before I ever get him to blot his face.

made me break out

I got this as a sample and was hopeful for it to work, but it didn’t control my oil (I have combo to oily skin) and I didn’t like how my makeup sat on top of it. After using it for a week, I noticed that I started to break out all over my face and I don’t usually break out this much. So sadly this isn’t for me

Great under makeup.

I got this as a sample elsewhere but I wanted to review it here as well. I found this to be very good for using after washing my face and before adding primer and makeup. It's not very hydrating, only just enough, and it helps keep my very oily skin under control. Then at the end of the day, after I remove all of my makeup and wash my face again, I will apply the Clinique gel moisturizer or Moisture Surge. I am very satisfied with everything I have tried from Clinique that is suited for my oily skin type. This was no exception.

No shine - doesn't stop oil though

I have fairly oily skin (especially on the nose) and I use this every morning. I like that its a matte finish so it doesn't add to the shine. For the first couple weeks I thought it was working wonders but recently (it has been a month since purchase) I have notice it just covers up the oil...I use it before going to work (after oil control face wash) and by lunch if I wipe my nose I can see and feel the oil. It covers it up pretty well so that is a plus I guess...a little goes a long way as well. I will try re-applying later in the day and that may help.
