Love this face wash. I am very picky about my facewash, this one is mild and cooling on my combo dry skin. For deep clean, you need a scrub. Mild fresh fragrance, not overpowering

One of my favorite facial cleansers. Fresh is one of my favorites brands I always go back to when it involves my skin care. Smells great and is not harsh on my sensitive skin. It doesn’t dry me up even though I have combination skin. Would recommend!

Excellent Gentle Cleanser & Make Up Remover

Love this product, love this brand. I've used it as a gentle cleanser when my skin needs a break, and as a standalone make up remover. So gentle and so effective with no strange smell. I introduced it to my mother and it's now the only face wash she will use, so whenever it's on sale I scoop it up for her!

The gold standard in facial cleansers!

I've used this cleanser off and on for over 5 years. I like how it doesn't sting my eyes and thoroughly cleans my face of makeup and impurities, without making my skin feel tight or irritated. I use a scrub afterwards to clear my pores. I switch products occasionally because it's expensive! I buy the "value" size when it's available. I prefer the value-size tube because it's easier to use in the shower, but it's not available on a regular basis. A reminder to those of us with sensitive skin and/or allergies: always do a patch test. The correct way for cleansers, according to the American Academy of Dermatology: apply the cleanser to a quarter-size spot, twice a day for 7-10 days. I tested it on the underside of my arm, near my elbow. Apply a normal amount and rinse as you would usually do, according to the directions on the product. If you don't have any reaction, go ahead and use it.

This is the best... BEST cleanser I have ever used! If you want just a good, basic cleanser, this is your gal! She removes makeup like a charm, cleanses the skin and tones so it cuts out multiple other products I was using and it doesn't irritate my skin or burn my eyes! Literally the only cleanser that has never burned or irritated my eyes. I have used soy cleanser for years, left and tried others, but always go back to it so I think I'll stay for a while. I just purchased her again and had to come share my love for it. Just so obsessed! Highly recommend!!!

My holy grail face wash

I have sensitive skin that is also oily and this product has been my holy grail for over ten years. Helps with makeup removal and is a great everyday cleanser. I also have Eczema and this is safe to use even when I'm having a flare up on my face.

Meh. I used about 2/3 and tossed it. First of all, the smell is awful. I don’t even know how to describe it but it’s like, sour/gooey/slime idk it’s definitely off putting though. It did moisturize my skin, but I prefer either unscented or lightly scented cleansers that lather. This is more like a watery lotion.
