Cleansing but not drying

I first tried this after getting a highly discounted bottle via another app. I loved it but as it's pricy, decided not to rebuy. After a year of trying a bunch of other face washes, I'm back to this and my skin feels instantly better. This cleans your face (I take off my makeup with oil and it gets it off with one lather), without stripping you of all moisture. It leaves your skin feeling supple and doesn't leave that waxy/dry feeling so many cleansers leave.

packaging nightmare

the product itself is really good but the packaging is impossible. i had to fight with it for about an hour watching unhelpful tutorials until i finally raged and slammed down on the top that let loose. i thought this worked but it still gives me triubke and makes me do that everytimr i need to use it.

Packaging is defective and unusable.

Couldn’t even try the product because the pump is broken. Glass bottle is nice but pump is so cheap. Drugstore brands use nicer pumps. Seems like almost everyone who’s bought this recently has the same problem.

My face burned after the first use. I would caution people with skin sensitive to fragrance to think twice about purchasing.

Love this cleanser

Love this cleanser, I just keep coming back after trying other cleanser. It makes my skin feel refresh and hydrated. It does have a kale scent that I like, but some people might not prefer scents.

Formula change 

I have been using this face wash for years. I have turned so many people onto it! But I will not be buying it again. They changed the formula and it is not as concentrated and is not cleaning as well. I am so disappointed in you all. 

Favorite cleanser

My favorite cleanser for the last couple of years! Makes my skin feel so fresh, does not leave it feeling striped or dry. Also doesn’t break me out but makes my skin clear (I am acne prone). Love that you can just buy a refill bag. Couldn’t praise this product enough.

Faulty packaging

The pump is impossible to open. I googled and I am not the only one having this issue. I have been spinning the pump counterclockwise for 20 minutes.

Absolute Holy Grail!

I’ve been using this product off / on for around 8 years now. the difference when i use it/ dont is NIGHT AND DAY. I have very sensitive skin and rosacea and this is truly the only cleanser that makes my skin feel clean while also not irritating it, which is a HUGE feat i haven’t experienced with any other product. I love this durable glass bottle and the gel consistency, and U won’t make the mistake again of discontinuing use. But it now!!
