Absolutely love the texture of this balm. I was spending so much money on tacha and elemis cleansing balm, decided to give this one a try. Love the price point, the texture so balmy and smooth. The best thing about this product is that it doesn’t leave any residue and takes care of all my makeup. An amazing first cleanse, love it!

A winter necessity

I started using this about a week ago so was looking for something to wash my face with that wouldn’t cause more dryness. So far it’s great. It’s so easy to use and it does a nice job of cleaning my skin. I don’t feel any tightness and my skin doesn’t feel dry. There’s a little light scent, nothing over whelming. Another great product from Sephora!

The cleansing balm from the Sephora collection is actually pretty great. I have some experience with a couple of cleansing balms and one thing that I don’t really like about them is that they tend to burn my eyes. And that’s where I feel that I personally like using these cleansing balms especially to remove mascara since that is the hardest product to remove. This one specifically from the Sephora collection did not really burn my aisles which I loved. It still felt a little uncomfortable but honestly, I think that is just me not knowing how to properly use this to remove my mascara. But it works well and effectively in removing all of my make up and you don’t need a whole lot. There’s no strong smell which for these products specifically, is greatly appreciated. Works so well

This Clean Skin Cleansing Balm from the Sephora Collection works so well to clean off my make up. The texture melted and made it very easy to get my make up off. It’s my first time using cleansing balm and I love the way it helps remove make up at the end of the day. My skin felt well hydrated after using this balm. It didn’t strip moisture. I love the texture is more firm but when it comes in contact with my skin it warms up and literally melts away the dirt off my skin. Now I don’t dread having trouble cleaning my make up before I go to sleep because I know I can rely on this cleansing balm to do the hard work and I feel it’s a relaxing process before I go to sleep. I have combination skin and it worked well but it’s more most skin types.

J I am a big fan of cleansing oils and balms, especially balms as I find they are much easier to control when you applying to face. I really love the texture of this balm, it was smooth and silky and did not turn runny which I appreciate as some of them do. It definitely helps in breaking down a lot of my makeup, even the waterproof formulas that I often use daily on my skin and on my eyes. My mascara tends to be the hardest to get off but this cut right through the gunk without causing any irritation. So I would say I have been loving this product, I always do a double cleanse, especially at night to get rid of all the makeup and skincare from the day. I feel this works the same if not better than some of these extremely high end brands. It gets all my makeup off and leaves the skin soft!

Great Addition to My Skincare Routine

This product was received as part of an educational promotion. Sephora Collection Clean Skin Cleansing Balm with Postbiotics and Squalane has been a great addition to my skin care routine. It comes packaged in a cute blue plastic jar with a screw on lid. It is somewhat transparent in color and it has a nice balmy texture. I have been using this cleansing balm as directed morning and evening. It is very easy to use. Just get some cleansing balm out with your fingertips, emulsify it by rubbing your fingertips together. I rub it gently on my face in an upwards circular motion. It rinses off easily and does not leave a film. My skin feels clean and hydrated after using this cleansing balm. I like that this cleansing balm contains 90% natural ingredients. It cleanses while protecting your skin barrier. It is recommended for all skin types. I think it works perfectly for my dry skin. As a long time cosmetologist I would recommend this product you are interested in a quality hydrating cleansing balm.

Melts Makeup… But Not a One-and-Done Cleanser

As Stacey Simmons, experienced cosmetologist, I think this cleansing balm is a solid choice if you love a good double-cleanse. This cleansing balm actually does a really nice job breaking down makeup — even the waterproof stuff that usually wants to live on your face forever. It feels soft, it doesn’t clog pores, and my skin felt pretty good afterward. But girl… I still had to go in with my normal cleanser. It leaves just a little film behind, nothing crazy, but enough that I wanted that second wash. And the smell? It’s not amazing, but it’s not “run away” bad either. Just kind of blah. Honestly, for the price and how gentle it is, it’s a solid first cleanse. Not a one-and-done, but definitely worth having on the counter. Four stars from me. This product is a literal dream for me. I’m a big fan of cleansing balms to remove makeup and this one is not only affordable but effective. I’ve been using mostly waterproof eyeliners and mascaras and those suckers are really hard to remove —even with things that claim to remove waterproof makeup!! This cleaning balm removes my waterproof makeup effortlessly and leaves my face feeling super hydrated pre face wash. It’s definitely my new go to for makeup removing.
