Sophisticated Nighttime Fragrance

I absolutely adore this scent—bold, decadent, and irresistibly sexy. It opens with a juicy blackcurrant (cassis) note that immediately draws you in, then shifts into a rich rum accord, finally settling into a creamy vanilla‑extract base that lingers beautifully.  The bottle continues the signature studded style of the “Born in Roma” line but with a deeper, more luxurious finish—feels like a true evening‑luxury piece. Longevity is impressive: I sprayed a little morning, and even by evening the vanilla base was still subtly there, making me feel confident all day. Pros: Delicious gourmand‑fruity opening, smooth transition into warm vanilla, glamorous packaging, great lasting power.

Rum + vanilla

I think maybe I purchased this during the wrong season. In the summer I thought it was just way too strong and would give me a headache. But now that it’s cooling down, this is DELICIOUS. It smells like a sexier, boozy version of the original DBIR.

Amazing smell

I just smelt this in the store and let me tell you it lasted so long on my wrist!! I even showered and the smell is still there. Definitely picking this up soon.

My favorite of the all the Valentinos

I purchased the travel size in this fragrance when it first came out. And let me tell you this version is total beast mode, from the projection to the longevity - this has definitely moved up to be my favorite fragrance of ALL the Valentino versions. Love the packaging & the perfume is just heavenly-nice sweet beautiful fragrance.

The scent

This is an absolutely stunning flanker of the born in Roma line. I’ve always been a fan of this line, from the traditional Donna born in Roma, to the intense I’ve had it at all and I must say this is THE BEST flanker of them all!! She’s such a deep, sexy, sweet version, with a very warm and rich vanilla base that I absolutely. She projects insanely and gets loads of compliments and she’s perfect for a date night out and a special occasion that you wish to stand out. I’m obsessed!!!

Elegant and feminine

“I’ve been wearing Valentino Born in Roma for a while and I absolutely love how elegant and feminine it feels. The opening is sweet with a warm floral touch, and it settles into a creamy, sensual scent that lasts really well on the skin without being overpowering. The only thing I would change is that it’s on the pricier side, but the performance and the compliment factor make it worth it. Overall, it’s a beautiful signature scent for day-to-night wear and I would definitely repurchase.”

New fave!!

I recently received a mini of the Valentino Donna Born in Roma Extradose Parfum and instantly fell in love!! I’ve never added something to cart so fast, but now I know without a doubt I need a full sized bottle. This fragrance is gorgeous and not what I was expecting, having never smelled any of the Donna Born in Roma variations before. I was expecting it to come off much more rosy and sweet than it does and it was a pleasant surprise as someone who doesn’t typically gravitate towards rose heavy florals, but this has a deliciously unexpected complexity that immediately had me wanting more.

This is one of my favorite scents of all times. My go 2 if I want a scent that last all day and brings in tons of compliments. Such a pretty feminine scent and very distinct.

Never tried it but I always wanted to I love the bottle how it looks the packaging it so cute and adorable and I bet the smell is so sweet and yummy I bet I would love it if I had it

Rich And Long Lasting

I have the mini size of Valentino Born in Roma Donna Extradose, and I fell in love with it right away. The scent complexity is amazing you can really notice the vanilla, fruity, woody, and slightly spicy notes blending together perfectly. It’s sweet but elegant, not overwhelming. The projection is strong enough to get noticed without being too heavy, and the sillage lingers beautifully throughout the day. Even though it’s a rich scent, it feels very versatile, something I could wear in any season or occasion. The bottle design (even the mini) looks so luxurious and classy. I love the studded Valentino aesthetic.
