Detox Shampoo - Champú Detox

This is my ride or die shampoo. Some of Ouai products are too strongly scented for me, but this shampoo isn’t. It also gets my hair super clean and lasts between washes. My hair is thick.

Great for hair/scalp reset!!

This is a great clarifying shampoo if you want to get your scalp and hair 100% clean! And it smells great. I would only advise everyone to limit usage to no more than once every other week as it is strong when it comes to cleaning.

Fav shampoo

I can’t believe a shampoo cleans as well. I’ve gotten it as a gift for my girlfriends and they also love it. I’ve purchased this at least seven times. 

Hair loss

I do not recommend this product. I purchased because of the hype and smell, I have thick hair with good volume and I have experienced a lot of hair loss since using this product.

OMG my ride or die living in the south where my house uses well water. This stuff works so good and makes my hair feel so nice and squeaky clean. Does not affect my dry scalp.

Best shampoo ever!

Best thing to happen to my thin wavy hair! A little goes a long way I bought in Nov and I still have a good amount now In May, I use it for my children also and their hair looks amazing ever since and I love the scent of it too

Disappointed

This caused me severe hair loss and it took me MONTHS to realize it was this shampoo. I didn’t realize it was until I swapped my shampoo. It smells great tho. Def disappointed

Good for hard water

I produce zero natural scalp oil, but my home has very hard water. This works great to bring back my curls, and prepares my hair well for deep conditioning. Must note that since I am not oily, I can get away with only using a dime sized drop and this lasts a long time for me. I could probably use it as a daily shampoo with that amount. It doesn't make my hair stripped or fluffy yet. I really like this scent and it doesn't make me itch. (Their body wash DOES make me itchy in comparison) Also I bought this in 2022 and can not confirm my batch is giving the same scalp issues others are having in 2025.

I don’t normally write reviews but girls this shampoo is no joke. I suffer from very oily hair but after the first use my hair feels so clean my that I know my hair follicles are thanking me. I will say this tho, I don’t recommend using this shampoo every time you wash your hair. It should be used once a week or every two weeks because it is very drying.

Stay away!!!!

Horrrrrrrible!!! Made my scalp so dry and itchy. Need to go to a dermatologist if it doesn’t go away.

Unnecessarily expensive for the size but it’s mostly worth it. It makes my hair really soft and helps balance the oils

my favorite shampoo!

I love this shampoo and i use it every week. but after i read some reviews on this, some people are saying it left their hair feeling dry. that has never happened to me it only deep cleans my hair. i have an oily scalp and it works really well for my hair because of how much build up happens throughout a week. i really love this product and i recommend it.
