Guys this is a good product overall but I talked to many dermatologists and they said this was a way to big a dose of Niacinamide.

After the first 2 weeks there was no difference. Then I used it near my eyes and it made me break out right there. It pairs good with the hyaluronic acid overall it’s fine so for 6$ just get it

I dipped my toes into The Ordinary range back in August 2024, used it very on-and-off, but even then I noticed small improvements in my pigmentation. Fast forward to October 2025 and I finally got serious with Niacinamide 10% every other morning, alternating with Hyaluronic Acid 2%, and in the evenings I use a diluted mix of Glycolic Acid 7% with Thayers alcohol-free toner. And wow… consistency really is the main character. My pigmentation has visibly lightened and my overall tone looks so much more even. My skin feels plumper, softer, and just healthier all round. Broke out in hives

I have very sensitive skin so this product didn't work for me. I used it 3 nights in a row on my face, neck, and chest after showering. I broke out in hives around day two with itching, breakouts, bumps, and flaking skin. Once I stopped using all of my symptoms went away.

I’ve been using two drops of this product twice a day for the past week and immediately after putting it on, I can feel it tightening my pores. I have oily skin and this has really helped my pores to feel very minimized, and I feel like my acne has improved. two drops of this product twice a day

Be careful with this product. For me it is too strong. I’d rather try 5% of niacinamide or less.

worst breakout of my life- twice!

i didnt realize at the time but 5 years ago i started using this product, got an extreme breakout- worst of my life. didnt know it was the culprit and took months upon months to get my skin mostly back to normal. well, I bought this on nov 23rd and by thanksgiving I was in a total breakout. its now dec 9th and my acne is worse than ever. cystic and painful all over from my forehead to my neck. I stopped using the product over a week ago and my skin is still reacting. Have an appointment with the dermatologist tomorrow, hopefully i can be saved. Its a shame there arent more worse reviews here considering when you look anywhere on reddit there are a ton of posts about this product causing extreme, painful breakouts on people who had generally fine skin previously.

Helps fade blemishes and calm down pimples, effectiveness takes around 1-1.5 weeks to kick in. I did break out in red itchy spots when I first applied, but for those that share that same problem I recommend diluting it with moisturizer or a face cream in a 1:1 ratio, then apply and you should still get those results but this time without the red spots. it works fine after

Holy Grail

I'm in my late 30s and passed over this product multiple times in the past because I assumed it was mainly for younger people with acne. I purchased it on a whim and am pleasantly surprised with the *visible* improvement in my skin in just one week.
