I got a sample packet of this in a recent order, finally tried it out and...wow! I rarely write reviews or am impressed by new products, but this was an automatic, oh I'm gonna need to go buy that. I have very dry hair, and this made my hair feel the softest it's been in years. I found the smell to be nice, not at all overpowering, good consistency, nice to use.

I received this product in exchange for a review. This Izumi Tonic Strengthening & Thickening Rice Water Hair Mask is actually pretty good. It was easy to use and worked better than I anticipated. My hair felt great after using it, smooth and strong. It lasted for about 4 days before I felt I had to wash my hair again, which for me is a good amount of time. With my hair these hair masks typically last about 1-2 days. I am pleasantly surprised by this product. The only thing I didn’t care for was the scent, it was a little stronger than I prefer, but because this product worked so well I would deal with the scent, and the scent is more of a personal thing, so other people may not mind it as much. If it wasn’t for the price point on this I would consider purchasing it because of how well it worked. I would recommend it for people looking for a good hair mask that actually works, and people that can fit it in to their budgets.

Saved my hair

I received Izumi Tonic Strengthening & Thickening Rice Water Hair Mask to try for free in exchange for my honest review. I have been trying to get my hair silver, in vain, for awhile before I got to try this. I had bleached it, toned it, dyed it, toned it again, and even tried the color depositing condition. Needless to say my hair was damaged. The results with one use of this mask were amazing. I can already see the results and can't wait until I can try it a few more times.

Great mask.

Great mask - leaves hair very smooth and silky when you rinse it. Even it was pretty tangled after shampooing. And my hair get tangled easy. The scent is not too strong although on a heavier side, whilst pleasent. The packaging is simply and elegant.

Good but not great for my curls

This mask is really nice at smoothing hair and leaving it frizz-free and shiny! It also smells amazing and is easy to use. However, it wasn't the best for my particular curly hair—my hair can be very sensitive to protein, and while I have had much worse results from, for example, keratin masks, it did seem like my curls were less bouncy when I used it. But of course YMMV even for curly girls!

After first use, I can tell my hair felt softer and looked shiny. It smells pretty good and nothing over powering. I would definitely buy this again to help my hair when I am getting ready to do a blow dry!

This hair product is great for fragile, coarse, or frizzy hair. It made my hair stronger and it felt silky smooth after use. I also really liked the packaging and smell of the product too! If your hair is on the fritz, you should try this product.

A nice luxurious surprise

Norma.Normall am skeptical when it Normally I am skeptical when it comes to the claims hair products make but I was very surprised at the results from the strengthening hair treatment by Shu Uemura. Bzzagent sent me a sample of the product, so I followed the instructions except instead of five minutes I let it sit in my hair for closer to an hour (life happened). The results were really surprising even after only the first use. My hair felt amazing and was left with a beautiful natural shine. A bit on the pricey side as far as hair products go but if you're wanting to have an experience as opposed to just a styling product this meets expectations in my opinion. It smells really good with a very light aromatic fragrance and even though it appears creamy in texture, the feel is not thick or goop like at all. I personally had a great experience using the treatment and love the results I got from using it

This mask made my stressed hair super soft. It was recommended by a top hair stylist. The only downfall for me is that I have to use a lot and its an expensive product.

My 3C curls loved this product. Controlled frizz and improved damaged sections.

Soft, shiny and thick!

This product is WONDERFUL. My hair is so thick, soft and shiny and it smells amazing. I have frizzy, wavy hair and this mask fights the frizz when I blowout my hair.

This product has been working for me so far , I recently had a baby & my hair has been going through it this has added strength & moisture back into my postpartum hair i love it & the smell is amazing
