Can’t get past smell

Was looking forward to using this based on reviews but was surprised and disappointed by a chemical smell (not really a fragrance but a smell) while using that lingers as well.

Melts the Day Away and Rinses With Ease

I have started looking forward to removing my eye make up, even waterproof mascara. I squeeze a dime sized dot into my hands and warm it up, then gently press my hands to my face with my fingertips on my eyelids for a few seconds, then glide and smooth it on the rest of my face. When I get back to my eye area, my mascara has dissolved into nothing without scrubbing or rubbing. It doesn't slide into my eyes like most oily cleansers, blurring my vision. Then add a bit of water, polish my skin a bit and rinse with just water or a soft washcloth. Simple, easy, and gentle perfection. And hello...you can't knock squalane for the skin. I took one star off because my tube came with very little product inside, but enough for testing purposes. I will buy the larger size, but never again this travel size. The amount of product might be enough for a weekend, but not much more.

Does not work.

I had such high hopes for this. Left me with the worst raccoon eyes. I don’t think it took any of my makeup off.

Horrible packaging, lovely product

I love the product but not the packaging. The product is thick and it sticks to the walls of the tube, so you can't get the last 20% out. I always use scissors to cut the tube in half and scoop out the product. I use the top half as a lid. It shouldn't be this much work :(

Perfect for makeup removal

This product is AMAZING for getting off any type of makeup on your face. Plus, it performs like a high-end product with a much affordable cost! 100% recommend.

I have been using this cleanser for years

I have been using this cleanser for years now and it's still my favourite. It's so gentle on skin. I use this on my children's face to remove sunscreen in the summer with no tears. No smell and feels nice on my skin. I like the melting sensation as I rub it around my face to cleanse.

The More I Use it, the More I Like it!

At first, I was ok with this purchase. I thought it as I expected it to be. An affordable and gentle option. However, I underestimated this cleanser. It's not incredibly foaming, but it is incredibly effective at removing the day! No fragrance, and soooooo very gentle. Even near my eyes. Instead of feeling stripped, I feel simply clean and ready for my skin care. As the days pass, I like it and the condition of my 57 year old skin more and more! Very pleasant surprise, thank you!

Hace una limpieza ligera efectiva, obvimente no te va a quitar impurezar muy arraigadas pero cumple con su función. No tiene olor y es agrable al tacto

Great cleanser

This is the second time that I have bought this product, and I still love it! My skin, which is very sensitive, doesn't react to this cleanser and has been looking better ever since I have started using it. I have used other products that left my skin feeling oily and unclean or tight and dry this does neither it leaves my skin feeling smooth and clean.

Feels like an empty bottle

I thought I received a defective bottle because there’s almost no product in it. It’s like trying to get the tail end out of the ketchup bottle. Now I see all the reviews complaining about the same thing FOR YEARS. Bad design. Leaves customers disappointed and feeling cheated. Why is it packaged this way? And why hasn’t it been changed by now? The product itself is nice. But having to rub it in your palms to melt it first, wastes some of it. Better to apply to face directly.

Only face wash I’ll use

Love this face wash, I think it’s really helped maintain my skin barrier.
