Just ok
Meh. It cleans my scalp pretty nicely and my hair blow dried great, but it dries out my hair horribly while I’m lathering it! It gets super tangled in the shower. I use a super hydrating conditioner that helps offset it but I don’t think it’s worth it.

Transformative!!
I have never reviewed or commented on products I purchased or posts I've read. This is a 1st. for me. I am 65 years and my hair texture has changed dramatically . Not in a good way. I've always had thick curly hair on the dry frizzy side. It's become wiry along with an enormous amount of breakage every time I brushed. I literally had a sink full of hair every time I dried my hair. I've always used professional products that seemed to take care of my hair up until several months ago. I was searching for more hydrating products,purchased a few others to no success. I had heard of Ouai but never tried their products. I purchased the trial sizes of this shampoo along with the hair masque. 1st shampoo and conditioning I did literally transformed my hair. I experienced and continue to very little breakage , fullness ,softness and shine after just 1 use! Nothing comes close to the quality of these products. Not only are these items superior to other companies but the ease of ordering online their communication up until delivery and packaging were exceptional. I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of this company and their hair care line. Yes the products are pricey , not necessarily in my budget but I can confidently say that I will find a way to remain a loyal and lifelong customer.
