Good brand and trustworthy products I enjoy using for smooth and silky hair.

Good experience, bad results

Smells amazing, rich and foamy lather--but made my hair extremely oily. Got dirty within 12 hours when normally my hair looks clean for atleast a day or two. Dried out my scalp and made it itchy, causing small flakes from dry, dead skin. Disappointed because it was a really nice product experience-wise, but the results are unacceptable. Conditioner was great. For reference, I have fine and medium-density straight Asian hair.

Pretty Average Shampoo

The shampoo was okay for me, I didn't notice anything good or bad after several uses, for me there are better shampoos out there.

Great product! A pump would be PERFECT!!

A Must Have in my weekly wash routine. I wish it came with a Pump. This product makes it easy to detangle. A little goes a long way with such a rich lather.

Nice shampoo

Leaves my hair softer. Pleasant smell; not overbearing. Once hair is dry, feels like their is a coating on my hair and feels a little stiff, but after combing it feels fine.

My hair feels healthy on a completely different level when I use this shampoo. It guarantees a good hair day every time!

Love this shampoo

I have been using Olaplex No 4 for a couple of years now. I don't wash my hair every day, only twice a week. Whenever I use Olaplex, my hair feels very soft. I just love it. About every month, I use the Olaplex for grey hair and I always get compliments on my hair.

Caution causes extreme breakage

I don't understand how this product is still on the market. This shampoo and conditioner is anything but nourishing or hydrating. Instead my hair has broken all over, completely thinned out and is ruined. Used to be able to blow-dry with round brush and after using this shampoo for 6 months, my hair is frizzy, split, dry and a mess after drying. The appeal for me while using this shampoo and conditioner approx 2-3 times per week is the great lather. Small amount lathers up great; but I've never used a hair product in 56 yrs that was so damaging to my hair. Assuming it will take two years to completely grow out and return to my normal. Currently using a true nourishing brand and told to avoid any products or protein treatments that will exacerbate the problem. But you can't "repair" broken hair shafts; time will be the only remedy.

Great Shampoo for damaged hair

This is hands down the best shampoo for bleached hair. My hair usually feels dry after washing, but Olaplex Bond Maintenance Shampoo keeps it soft, hydrated, and healthy. I use it alongside the rest of the Olaplex line, and together they’ve made such a difference — my hair feels stronger, smoother, and way less damaged. Definitely a must-have if you bleach your hair

Smells exactly like dish soap.

I received a set of 4 products as a holiday gift from a family member and gave it a try since it seemed very nice, but my hair actually feels worse than it did before (SUPER dry, no shine, gets tangled/matted faster than ever) on a cheaper brand. However for me, it’s the SMELL!! This shampoo smells exactly like dawn dish soap and VERY strongly of it too- when I’m lathering it on my head, it’s just like I’m scrubbing pots in the sink! Unmistakably so! Horrible scent for a hair care product, I have no idea where people are getting the “smells nice!” comments because the smell is…not at all grapefruit or citrus. Incredibly disappointed.
