Nice Idea, But Fell Flat for Me

I went into Phantom in Red expecting something bolder or more intense than the original, but it ended up feeling pretty basic on my skin. The opening is pleasant enough—slightly sweet and modern—but it doesn’t really stand out or evolve in a memorable way. After the first few minutes, it settles quickly and feels fairly linear. Performance was the biggest letdown for me. Projection is weak and it stays close to the skin almost right away, which makes it easy to forget you’re even wearing it. Longevity is also on the lighter side, especially for something marketed as a more powerful or “red” version. It’s not a bad scent by any means—just very safe and underwhelming. If you like subtle, close-wearing fragrances, this might work for you. Personally, I was hoping for more strength and character, and it didn’t quite deliver.

The best variant of Phantom

This is the best variant of Phantom. Does not smell like any generic cologne found in malls. Has the right amount of sweetness. This fragrance can be worn in winter and in summer too. This is a very easy to wear fragrance. Performance is pretty good. About 6 hours of performance and the lavender is not overpowering.

Would love to buy it again

The abane phantom in red smells so nice. It smells sweet, romantic like floral but not too strong. I applied it in the morning until evening but the smell still pretty good. Price is a bit high but not much as special.

This cologne is strong, it’s a night out cologne for sure that is long lasting. It has smoky tones and is very different from my other colognes that I have. I’m excited to wear it more to see if anyone catches the scent.

Rabanne Phantom In Red Parfum Elixir smells absolutely amazing and is incredibly long-lasting. The scent is bold, warm, and addictive without being overwhelming. Just a few sprays last all day and even into the night, which I love. It feels luxurious, confident, and perfect for making a statement. Definitely a fragrance that turns heads and stays with you.
