As someone with combination skin that tends to get oily in the t-zone, i was excited to try this Pore Eclipse mattifying primer from Milk Makeup. I must say that it worked extremely well and feels incredibly lightweight on the skin. When I first applied, I could tell within a couple of minutes that it was working its magic. I could see the blurring and mattifying effect on my skin especially in the areas where I tend to have more texture and larger pores. The formula dries down quickly and my foundation and other makeup blended nicely over the primer without any noticeable issues. It’s easily in the 90s here most days and has been quite humid in addition to the heat, and this primer definitely helped keep my makeup from budging and lasted all day long looking matte even when I broke a sweat multiple times. I definitely think it’s going to be a good addition for my summer time skin prep routine.

I love this primer because I have very oily skin. This primer is super blurring and keeps my face looking shine free all day. My foundation looks super flawless when applied on top and doesn’t make my face feel dried out.

First of all, I love the size! It’s compact and perfect for on the go. It does go on smoothly and minimizes my pores. I am not exactly in love with the scent. My makeup stayed in place and glided on better than when I don’t use a primer. It’s definitely something I didn’t know I needed until I used it!

Blurring primer with skincare benefits

This primer feels more like a cream on my skin. It looks white and waxy when it first comes out of the tube, but it isn’t heavy or stifling on my skin. It isn’t as sticky and grippy as other Milk primers, but it really does blur my pores and give my skin a smooth, plump finish that honestly looks pretty good alone as well as under makeup. It has a kind of lemony astringent scent, but it isn’t too noticeable once the primer dries down.

This primer is perfect for the oily prone skin girlies out there! This formula glides onto the skin and leaves it shine free and silky smooth, ready for makeup to applied on top of. Makes makeup last all day even in the heat!

I love how blurring this was under makeup as a girl with oily skin it can be difficult to find the best skin primer for me. I am obsessed with this product and I can’t wait to use it more! I definitely recommend this

A fan of the original milk primer and absolutely love this one too. Sticks to your face but doesn’t make your skin feel tight. Locks in my foundation and overall makes my face look flawless as it also covers my pores.

Summer make up must have

I love the milk primer. Living in a city with a lot of humidity, finding a product that supports my makeup not breaking down can be a challenge! This product is amazing at setting my face for long wear makeup without flaking.
