Don’t waste your money

Formula is good, no issues. Cap came off in two parts so now when I use it it’s all sticky and uncomfortable. It’s a regular gloss with terrible packaging at premium price.

Listen, I rarely finish off a lip gloss, so when I do I know it's GOOD! I also feel like I went through this tube way faster than I normally would any other gloss. I'm obsessed with this product and specifically this shade! It's absolutely gorgeous, and the perfect neutral pink for everyday wear. The shine it gives is absolutely gorgeous, and I am adding another one to my cart right now!!!!

rustic pink is my favorite out of all the ones I've tried.(rosewater&bare). its the most MLBB pink and gives my lips such a supple and healthy natural pink look that looks like it's my lips that look good and not the lip combo. I love this formula to death and will repurchase this shade forever.

Nothing exciting or revolutionary

Right from the application, it’s not a very thick gloss. I would say it’s kind of thin actually. Like it has the thickness of like a thicker lip oil, but it has the grip/stickiness of a gloss, which makes it better than a lip oil because lip oils are runny, so they don’t last long on the lips. It’s not very sticky though, so it’s comfortable on the lips, similar to Fenty glosses. The color I got is cocoa, which is a sheer brown color. I feel like I would’ve liked it to be a bit more pigmented, maybe similar to the level of pigmentation as the Lawless Maple lip gloss or Fenty gloss bombs. You can tell it’s a brown gloss, but it’s sheer, and therefore I feel like if I wanted the level of pigmentation I like, I would have to do three coats of the gloss. The applicator of this gloss I really like! The applicator kind of has a dent in the middle, which allows the applicator to pick up that gloss and really hold it there so you are able to actually get the product out, unlike other gloss applicators like the e.l.f. gloss or those really flimsy, thin applicators that make you dip into the tube multiple times to get product out. I wouldn’t necessarily call the applicator a doe foot applicator but it’s very similar. The shine is okay. I feel like the fenty gloss bombs are more glossy. The smell is also very nice! Honestly the best part about this gloss is the scent! It’s such a yummy vanilla scent I kind just want to keep it for the smell. Overall, I’m kind of underwhelmed by this gloss. The shine, packaging, and pigmentation is just not there in my opinion and fenty glosses are better in my opinion. The makeup by Mario gloss scent is better than fenty though. It smells so good! But overall I just think there are other glosses out there that are better than this mbm one. Lawless and fenty are still on top of the gloss game!!

So Good

This formula is my favorite gloss. Nothing shines the way this does. It feels great on my lips and works well on top of many different lipsticks and liners. I want more colors of these. There is not weird smell and it isn't tacky or sticky.

not pigmented

unfortunately this lip gloss barely has any pigment and they all basically are clear on the lips. they also don’t last long at all and the applicator is weird.

Disappointed

These sheer out to nothing. I really wished they had more color to them!

It’s ok

If you get one that’s all you need, I thought this color would look pink but it’s clear. They all look alike you can’t tell a difference only the darker shades show up a little. Not enough to buy multiples of this, just reminds me of a regular gloss

Could be better

I have to say the lip gloss is pretty, super glossy and nice very subtle color. Unfortunately they do not last, 10-15 mts and I have to reapply

I received this Make Up by Mario Lip Gloss as a complimentary sample. I got this in the rustic pink shade, which has a pink/purple look. The lip gloss bottle is chunkier than most lip glosses. It is as long as a typical lipstick bottle but about 1.5 times the width. The applicator is a bit slanted on the tip and also is much bigger than usual. I think this works well for people with medium/large lips, but if you have smaller lips, it may make it harder to apply. The texture is as expected, a bit on the sticky side but it does not make your lips stick together too much and actually feels smooth if you only apply a thin layer. This is scented and smells nutty- which I enjoyed a lot as it wasn’t overly sweet and didn’t feel like it was made for just the younger demographic. The shine on this is high gloss and it makes my lips look very plump, juicy, and smoothest out any fine lines. I love to use this to give my lips a nice tint and it also helps hydrate. My lips felt softer after the product wore off, which is kind of nice since it did not leave my lips feeling dehydrated/dry. I would say the only downside is the size of the bottle, but otherwise, I was pleased by the actual product itself. It was long lasting and had just enough color to still use this on an everyday basis. I would recommend this for all ages even if you don’t normally use lip gloss!
