I do not waste a drop of this. I use this on my hands and face in the winter and nothing else has helped me as much. My skin gets so dry and painful with the lack of humidity. The only two beauty products I ever use every ounce of is a good cream and a good lip mask and this is my new favorite. I do wish the tube wasn't metal though.

I was just prescribed an acne treatment that had been drying my skin out so much, i’m talking chunks of dead skin falling off. This has helped so much! My skin is looking so much better already and i hope it will improve further with more use!

Miracle balm

This is a miracle balm, truly. I get extreme dry, scaly skin in the winter and with one application of this cream I saw an immediate improvement. The best part is that it isn't greasy at all, my skin absorbs it completely. The only complaint is the packaging. My first tube came damaged and I had to get a replacement but it still isn't sturdy enough and punctures easily.

Reduced the appearance of acne and helped get rid of my contact dermatitis. I use it nightly, especially in the winter, and just ordered more. I also use an aluminum tube key to help squeeze product out of the tube.

best dry skin moisturizer i’ve ever used

I’m on tretinoin .5%. In the winter months, my normally oily skingets super dry. This is the only product that will reduce the redness, and keep me hydrated through the winter that hasn’t broken me out.

Must have for people with dermatitis

My husband has crackled dry skin all over his body and redness from his dermatitis. Since I’ve been applying this balm to his (shaved) head, no more redness is seen. His skin looks healthy and fresh. If you’re wondering what product will help you get through th cold months, this is it!

Great stuff but mid packaging

This stuff is amazing as a final step to seal everything in or as a standalone product. Little bit goes a long way so I’ve had the tube for a few months. But the tube cracked from being squeezed so it was hard to get the last third out of it because it turned into cheese spray. Still great product but packaging could be changed.

Great for compromised skin barrier

Great moisturiser for a compromised skin barrier—soothing, calming, and helps reduce redness. My skin feels comfortable and supported.

Only on day two of using this product and it works! I’ve been using lotion, Vaseline, aquafor, etc for my dry cracked hands (year round) and nothing helped. It was to the point where my hands were bleeding/itchy.. this product is helping so far and doesn’t burn my hands.

This is a very rich, thick, emollient cream that goes on smooth and soft. You can feel the dimethicone in the silky texture and it provides almost a blur affect like a primer would. I use it to lock in my actives, the last step in my night skincare routine. Think of it like vaseline is used for slugging.
