Very lightweight

I tried the Sephora Collection body dewy gel cream and it was decent overall. It was interesting, definitely different than any body lotion I’ve ever tried before. It felt very nice to apply but I didn’t notice much of a difference in my skin. There was some things I liked and some things I disliked about the product so I will go over all of it here. To start with what I liked, I liked that it felt very cooling & refreshing on my skin. I think this product would be perfect during the summer due to the sensation with it being a gel cream, as well as the scent, and the fact that it’s a lightweight moisturizer. The scent is nice and refreshing. Reminiscent of cucumber and ever so slightly masculine almost. But not overly so, it’s very light. Very fresh clean scent with some muskiness to it. It also absorbs very quickly and you are not left with the sticky/wet feeling of lotion for long unlike most lotions. So this could be quite useful for someone that does not typically like lotion due to the sensation of typical lotions, since it is so light and absorbs so quickly. Onto my dislikes about this product, I don’t like the level of hydration I get from this product. It’s very minimal tbh. If you have actual dry skin this will likely do nothing for you. I think ideal circumstance for this lotion would be during the warm weather months for the various reasons listed. The refreshing scent, the lower level of moisturizing, the lightweight non greasy feel, the cooling refreshing sensation. I personally would only use this product during the summer and I think it would be just right to maintain proper hydration of the skin and would serve as a nice refreshing product to apply when it’s hot out. But otherwise I don’t feel this lotion would be sufficient.

Textura ligera absorbente

Esta crema sorbete corporal es una maravilla. Con el ácido hialurónico y poliglutámico nutre muy bien la piel y le deja super hidratante y lisa. Su textura es ligera y absorbente sin dejar la piel pegajosa. Huele muy bien y dura bastante. Crema de excelente resultado. Muy recomendable.

My daily body lotion !!!

I really love this gel cream because it is the first "lotion" I actually finish. I am someone who hates that sticky, heavy feeling on my legs after showering, but this texture is like a cool drink of water. It is very thin and "bouncy"—it disappears into my skin so fast that I can put my jeans on right away without them sticking to me. Because it has Hyaluronic Acid and Polyglutamic Acid, my skin looks very healthy and has a "glass" glow that lasts all day, not just for five minutes. It has a very light, clean smell that doesn't fight with my perfume. If your skin is very dry or cracking from the winter, this might be too light for you, but for a daily "glow" at a good price, it is my favorite.

Amazing body moisturizer!

I really like this body gel cream from Sephora. The texture is very light and refreshing, and it absorbs quickly into the skin. It doesn’t feel sticky or heavy, which is perfect for everyday use. My skin feels soft, smooth, and well-hydrated for many hours after applying it. I love that it contains hyaluronic acid because it helps keep my skin moisturized, especially when it feels dry. The packaging is practical and easy to use, and the scent is very gentle and pleasant. It’s a great product if you want simple but effective body hydration. I would definitely recommend it, especially if you like light body creams that still work really well 💙

Both me and my partner have tried this and continue to use it! I love that this is a gel moisturiser and not cream based because it dries super quick and leaves your skin feeling super smooth. The packaging is catchy with its bright colours and bold writing. Personally to me this is scent free which again I don’t mind. I would definitely buy this again!!

An amazing fresh smelling moisturiser

This dewy moisturiser is amazing. It soaks into the skin quickly and doesn’t leave that sticky residue that some moisturisers can. It leaves skin feeling super smooth and soft. It is lightweight and leaves skin feeling clean and fresh. The scent is subtle but smells so fresh on the skin. I honestly cannot praise this enough. It is well worth the money.

Eh, not for me

I received this product as part of an educational promotion. After using this product for about a week, I realize that it just probably wasn’t for me. It did leave my skin feeling (somewhat) hydrated in the areas that I applied it to. I felt like I could never get enough. One pump barely covered my entire arm. Although it absorbed quickly which I didn’t mind, I just felt like I couldn’t get a good lather at any time. The smell is nothing to write home about. It smells kind of like cucumbers. It’s not a bad product by any means, suppose it just wasn’t for me. I will still continue to use it I guess I’ll just have to use the whole bottle for my entire body.

Love it!

I love this product! It is so light and airy, but packs a moisturizing punch! I love to use it after a shower because it literally lasts over 24 easy. I’m definitely keeping this in my rotation!

On the fence about the smell

This product boasts that it doesn’t leave a sticky residue and that you can immediately put your clothes on. While I can agree that it isn’t as stinky as most products, it does take a bit to absorb. The scent smells nice when it first comes out. Then something about it is slightly off putting. I can’t quite place my finger on it. It has an interesting texture. I don’t know if it’s all that much better than traditional lotions.

A Decent Everyday Body Gel Cream

This body gel cream is decent overall, but it didn’t really wow me. The texture is very lightweight and gel-like, which makes it easy to spread and quick to absorb into the skin. It doesn’t leave a greasy or sticky feeling, which is a plus, especially if you’re getting dressed right after applying it. The initial hydration feels nice, and my skin does look slightly plumper and smoother thanks to the hyaluronic acid and polyglutamic acid. That said, the dewy effect is more subtle and short-lived than I expected. While my skin looks moisturized at first, the glow fades after a few hours, and on drier areas I felt the need to reapply. It works better as a light, everyday body moisturizer rather than something deeply nourishing. If you have very dry skin, this may not be hydrating enough on its own. The formula feels gentle and works fine for daily use, but it doesn’t stand out compared to other body creams or gels in a similar price range. Overall, it’s a solid, basic option if you like lightweight body products and a soft dewy finish, but it’s not a must-have or anything particularly special.
