I love this cream formulation of Azelaic Acid! I went with a light amount every 2 days. The sebaceous filaments on my nose have nearly fallen out by half. The rougher skin on my dry cheeks have definitely gotten smoother, though I would part this with a hydrating toner. Gifted by The Ordinary

Reasonably improves redness but pills easily

I received this complimentary from The Ordinary. I was excited to try this product as I've heard excellent things about azelaic acid aiding with redness and hyperpigmentation, both of which I have. I opted to use it as part of my nightly routine so that my skin could reap the benefits of it overnight. It's not too thick and absorbed fairly quickly but it wound up pilling something fierce. I tried it on its own and with my usual moisturizer and it was the same result. It did ease a bit of the redness on my cheeks but this isn't something I'd repurchase due to the formula. It would be impossible to use this underneath makeup so AM use it out of the question.

I’ve been using The Ordinary Azelaic Acid Suspension 10% for a few weeks now, and especially for the price. I mainly started using it to help with post-acne marks, and I did notice my skin looking a bit more even and calmer over time. The texture is a lightweight cream-gel that dries down to a smooth, matte finish, which works well for controlling shine on my combination skin. It’s affordable, gentle, and helped me with post acne spots and uneven tone. I would not recommend using this with too many products.

This is literally the only one solution which works for my rosacea! The only minus in all story that you should purchase big size as it’s basically for roughly 7-10 days use. But works magic. Helps to reduce redness and minimize acne. complimentary from The Ordinary
