Guerlain for the win

Absolutely loved the perfume. Its my 2nd ever Guerlain fragrance and I'm impressed. It has a nice citrusy yet herby smell. The ea de toilette does last on me for a few hours which is sufficient for me. The beautiful bottle is a plus! Affordable in my opinion too.

This is a review for Guerlain Aqua Allegoria Mandarine Basilic Eau de Toilette. The scent features notes of mandarin orange, basil, and green tea. Very subtle scent to wear all day. Refreshing and nice in summer and spring. I think of tropics, citrus and a lovely day.

An elegant fragrance

Guerlain Basilic Forte has completely charmed me! There’s something truly special The basil and citrus opening feels clean and vibrant, almost like a reset for the senses, and then it gradually becomes soft, warm, and incredibly comforting. It’s fresh yet sophisticated, the kind of scent that lifts your mood the moment you wear it, feels really elegant and lasts all day. And I’m obsessed with the bottle. Guerlain’s signature gold detailing is stunning, it feels heavy, luxurious, and so beautifully crafted. Pure luxury from start to finish.

Juicy Mandarin Perfection!

This fragrance is sunshine in a bottle! It opens with bright, juicy mandarin that is so fresh and not artificial, and the basil note cuts through with that crisp, herbal snap that keeps it from getting too sweet. The whole thing wears light, clean, and effortless. I think it’s the perfect feminine spring/summer scent. The bottle deserves its own praise. The honeycomb gold detail looks and feels super luxe. Performance is what I would expect from a citrus-herbal EDT: it’s airy, refreshing, and more of a skin-scent after a few hours, but the reapplication is worth it for how uplifting it is. If you want a vibrant, elegant, citrus fragrance that actually smells so much like a juicy mandarin orange, this one nails it.

Well liked perfume and no strong smelling

I used it for the first time and I was actually surprised at how not over powering the smell was. It has a great smell I loved the mix of smells that it had but not too much of either. It came in a nice box and the bottle was easy to open and apply to my wrist with no issues. The price of it might put some people off but maybe if they tried it first they might change their mind.

Very Fresh

The scent is very fresh, very citrusy. I would picture this to be worn on a nice spring day. It is a pleasant scent, the basil is less strong, but you can still smell it. The overall scent is sweet citrus if you ask me. The scent screams fresh, new, bright.

Wow! Luxurious at its finest

Wow! What a scent! With a gorgeous citrus fruity scent! You smell absolutely divine! Unboxing this felt like Christmas day! I was like a child in a sweet shop! I have worn this perfume for the last few days and even family and friends have been asking WHERE! I need to buy this! I have pointed to them where they can buy! 10/10! Absolutely gorgeous

Beautiful bottle & scent

I’m usually very particular with scents and did not know what to expect from this but I was pleasantly surprised. This is a light scent that’s not super overpowering and the bottle is gorgeous. Great for everyday tho it maybe skews more to a spring/summer scent.

It is a refreshing and uplifting fragrance. When I first spray it, the mandarin and other citrus notes come through very clearly—fresh, juicy, and energizing. Even after I shower, I can still smell the scent on my skin, but it transforms into a soft floral aroma that feels elegant and clean. The bottle is beautifully designed—simple yet luxurious. It comes in a clear glass bottle with a honeycomb-style golden cap, which looks elegant and classic on my vanity. The packaging feels high-quality and matches the fresh and sophisticated vibe of the scent. The longevity is impressive for an EDT, lasting around six hours on me, which is very good for this type of fragrance.

Smells amazing

This smells amazing!! It’s an eau de toilette so it’s not as strong but it’s good for layering with other scents! It has a citrus scent and it’s not too overbearing. Definitely would recommend
