When will the powers that be wake up and do something?

I have used Aromatics Elixir for nearly 25 years, it was always my favourite 'go to', however the last bottle I had smelt awful and I had to return it as it was not usable. Having read most of the reviews on different websites but all saying the same thing that it is not the original smell and a key ingredient is missing. So why put up with bad reviews - it is almost like Clinique doesn't care. Recently I thought I would just try the tester again just in case, however it smelt awful. The assistant was trying to convince me that I had to wait a couple of hours for the aroma to come out. It smelt so disgusting I wouldn't want to walk around with that smell waiting for it to change to pleasant. Please do something and stop ignoring the consumers reviews, we can't all be wrong. I would love it if the original perfume was back.

It smelt so disgusting I wouldn't want to walk around with that smell waiting for it to smell pleasant. Please do something and stop ignoring the consumers reviews, we can't all be wrong.
