IMO, it has ZERO color, not even a slight tint, and def has a thicker, more dry texture than I was expecting. I also didn't notice any shine either... I am particular about lip balm/chapstick etc and have spent MANY years looking for the great ones, and unfortunately this one(especially considering the price point)-was a bit disappointing:( No shine, No tint what so ever...
