Waste of money

Waste of money. It did nothing for me. The jelly started breaking off.

It’s a must have and need in my routine

Really cooling. I use it every night and day. This is really good for sensitive skin too. I love it good travel size and so does my daughter love it.

1 star reviews are user error!

Don’t be fooled by the 3 stars on this product. It is completely user error when the chunks of jelly fall off. All you have to do is twist enough product out just so you can swipe it without the packaging scratching your face. This product is really really good and cooling.

Falls apart in chunks after a few weeks of usage

I really love milks products, so, I was hoping some of the lower reviews were just one off. Not the case. While I love how this feels on my skin, and I have seen improvements, I’ve been using it about 6 weeks and the product is now falling apart in CHUNKS. So much wasted product! I’ve not experienced this with my lip/face jelly multi stick, so I was hoping this product would also remain cohesive. It does not. Nice results, but would need major reformulation before I buy again because I anticipate half the stick is going to end up in my bathroom trash!

I bought this product a while ago for a vacation I went on but decided to try it first and I twisted it up ever so slightly and it broke. I’ve never used it again and just found it in the back of my closet. Such a good product but the packaging sucked. 😥

First time I open to use it the jelly starts break apart from the suction! I’m bummed because it kept doing that every time I tried to use it. I like it but not enough for me to keep losing bits to the sinks drain.

Tenia grandes expectativas por este producto y apenas el primer día que lo utilizo y con cuidado , se partió. Repito ni hice fuerza ni nada por miedo a que se rompiera y aún así se rompió. 35€ que no volvería a gastar .

Product does not break, this is all user error

You only need to expose the TINIEST bit of the stick when applying. Basically just enough so that the plastic around the stick doesn’t drag on your face and that’s IT. No breakage, there’s plenty of product and these reviews are all user error I’ve had both sticks for months with no issues—you wouldn’t expose a huge chunk of a blush or contour stick and this is the same concept. Of course it will break if you roll up more than a small amount! So please use it correctly

cooling but hard to use

i rlly liked like feeling on my acne after putting it in my mini fridge. however when I first rolled it up it fell out and kept leaving big chunks. DO NOT ROLL UP AT ALL. i can barely get any product on my skin, but THIS IS WHY THE TESTERS ARE THE WAY THEY ARE

terrible quality

I had very high hopes for this product but this is a waste of my money. It didn’t do anything for my skin and came with very little product for how big the packaging is. after the first month of gently using it it completely fell apart and left chunks everywhere. I love Milk products but this one was definitely a miss. please save your money

A must miss

Oof. What a miss!! Like others have said, product breaks apart after first layer gets used. Chunks of blue jelly remain on your face and fall off into your sink. Such a disappointment as it’s a great idea in theory.

waste of money

I genuinely enjoyed using this product for the small amount of time I had with it, it was actually refreshing and cooling, but the jelly completely broke and all of my product was wasted and I stillstill had so much product left😔had
