I loved the colors of this item. I loved the packaging and the applicator. The only issue was I didn't feel like this was a lip stain. It didn't last very long. It was more like a lipstick than an lip stain. I really do love the item as a lipstick, but it doesn't seem to last the 10 hours that it claims to last. I've used other lip stains before and I didn't get the same results from this product that I do from other lip stains. The color selection is great and I will continue to use the product, but I don't think I would consider this a long lasting lip stain. I have read other reviews where they say the formula may have changed. If so, it would be great if they changed it back so that this truly was a lip stain and not just a regular lipstick. I would certainly purchase it again - but as a lipstick.

Rich color, great staying power!!

This Sephora Collection Cream Lip Stain 10 Hour Liquid Lipstick is fantastic! The formula is very creamy and did not dry out my lips. The colors are beautiful and rich. It can be applied lightly for a soft finish or layered for a heavier, more bold finish. As a professional makeup artist, I was provided this product as part of an educational promotion. I tested the product on myself firs before incorporating it into my professional kit and I really loved it! The best part was the staying power! This lip stain stayed for hors and looked fresh all day! It didn't fade or get flaked as the day progressed and didn't need to be reapplied. I will be adding more colors to my professional kit as the color range is very wide and they all look amazing on every skin tone!!

I usually don’t buy red lipstick, but this one ❤️‍

I honestly didn’t expect to love this lipstick as much as I do, but the Sephora Cream Lip Stain completely won me over. A Great Red

I tried the Sephora Collection Cream Lip Stain in Always Red. I was excited to try this lip stain because I was unsure if it was a red tint (translucent red) or an actual red stain (full color). This was full color lip stain that you had to be precise when putting color on your lip. I tried it alone and with a lip liner (after applying lip stain). I liked it WAY better with lip liner, more uniform look. I applied it the first time and really liked it! It was a bold color and dried down pretty nicely. It did feel a bit dry on my lips so a put a dab of moisture in center of lip. I have to say it stayed on for hours. A little of this product goes a long way and I will definitely purchase it again in the future. Please note, this product was gifted to me for an honest review.

this lip stain applies so nice, it is thinner than I thought, yet super pigmented only needing one coat. it's a pretty small product, much thinner than other brands around the same price range, and feels cheap with a thin plastic tube. I noticed as it dries down, it bled a little around my lip. immediately after application it's a beautiful shiny satin finish, and quickly dries to a cloudy blur like shade, before drying down to a matte that sits in each and every crevace of your lips. it was quite messy to clean up around my lips as the product kept bleeding. the shade was beautiful, but it was a lot of upkeep. it lasted pretty well, there are other products that stay out much better. it rubs off with your hand, but with effort. you definitely need a makeup remover to completely take the product off your lips.

Disappointed

It goes on nice, feels velvety upon initial application, looks pretty….and then that’s it. This sadly does not last as a lip stain should. It wears off wayyyy too quickly and leaves the lips dry which is very unpleasant. I received it free but I don’t think I’d purchase on my own since other good lip stain options exist.

Obsessed with this lipstick matte liquid lipstick, Super cute color with great coverage The consistency is smooth and creamy. It glides on easily without feeling sticky or heavy. it stays on beautifully It dries down to a beautiful matte finish in just a few minutes. The color payoff is fantastic! One swipe gives you vibrant, color that lasts throughout the day. No need to layer it on This lipstick is impressive when it comes to wear time. It can easily last 6-8 hours with minimal touch-ups, even after eating or drinking. Just be mindful. While many matte lipsticks can feel drying, this formula is surprisingly comfortable. It doesn’t crack or flake and feels lightweight on the lips. Although it’s long-lasting, removal can be a bit tricky. A good makeup remover or oil is recommended to take it off

I am a person that loves lip stains.

I am a person that loves lip stains. This cream lip stain 10hr liquid lipstick is no exception. At first application it goes on really creamy, then it dries down to this beautiful matte stain. I am loving the classic read which is what I received. I am now interested in other colors from this line. I love this definite 10/10 for me.

You can skip this

The shades are beautiful colors. However I really don’t like the formula. It went on beautifully, feeling very moisturized. But it soon dried down to an extremely dry feeling. As for the long lasting, as soon as I started drinking, it began to wear off. It looked like I just had liner around my lips. I tried to pair it with other lipsticks or lip gloss, but it never really seemed to work out. I do not recommend this lipstain unless you are just going for the colors. I received this product in exchange for my honest review.

looks great on my lips and, although a bit drying, is great under gloss for 4-5 hours.
