Terrible. Extremely drying, turns hair into straw

I was extremely disappointed by this shampoo. It is so unbelievably drying, it turned my hair into straw (just like K18 dry shampoo). I expected so much from this brand, thinking it will help restore my hair but it helped destroy it. Would not recommend to anyone.

Meh. Not for this price.

I have thick, dry, Caucasian hair with a lot of grey. This is not moisturizing enough.i will go back to Roz or to Redkin All Soft. However, I do like K18 hair repair but not the K18 Shampoo and Conditioner.

Not for curly girls

I never write reviews, but this conditioner was so bad I felt compelled to write one. I used the K18 conditioner after using the K18 shampoo and leave-in mask (as instructed). My hair felt so DRY!! I didn't dare try to detangle with it on - no moisture, no slip, very drying. This might be a good product for people with normal/ straight/ oily hair, but I would not recommend for someone with curly hair or for someone that needs moisture. I have 2c/ 3a long curly hair for reference.

Holy grail shampoo

My favorite shampoo ever! I’ve been on it for a year and it has balanced my oily and flaky scalp. My hair is the healthiest it’s ever been!

perfect for me

It's important to know your hair's porosity prior to using a protein-rich formula like K18 Damage Shield conditioner. If your hair has low porosity, it will make it feel brittle and dry. For a hair type like mine, non-porous, fraile, thin and color-treated, it was amazing. I can feel that each strand of hair has become thicker because it's healed and it damage "sites" have been sealed off. The hair seems to feel thicker because it's properly hydrated mostly and when you finish it off with the oil on dry or damp hair, it's absolutely perfection for me!

Aware yes it’s expensive but it’s worth it. My hair has never looked better! Might have found the Holy Grail of hair care!

After using this product for 3 months my hair never looked better! My hair also grew a couple of inches.

Avoid if sensitive scalp

I wish I read the negative reviews before buying. I have the same experience as many: super itchy scalp and hair shedding. this shampoo is extremely drying. I love the k18 detoxifying shampoo but this one is a miss.

Hair Loss

I used this product twice it has caused severe hair thinning and scalp sensitization. This was the only change to my hair care routine and the hair loss has continued even after I stopped using the product. Other reviewers have mentioned the same issue. Please beware of this product.

Great for coily curls

I am so glad that I bought this product, I have purchased this product twice and my hair looks fabulous! Hair is softer, and my coily curls are more moisturized!!!

Love this shampoo. I feel that it actually helps my hair grow and stay healthy!
