Sensitive skin people beware!

I really wanted to like this product because I love The Ordinary’s products. I use their serums, moisturizers, and more with no issues. However, after starting this face wash, I began breaking out, not just with acne, but with what felt like an allergic reaction, including small, itchy bumps all over my face. Within a few days of stopping the face wash, my skin returned to normal. I tried it again just to be sure, and the same thing happened. If you have sensitive skin, be cautious, but since it isn’t very expensive, it may still be worth trying.

After using for a few day gave me white heads and i was breaking out a lot i just wanted to try it out and use it as a everyday cleanser it is very gentle and made my face soft but i woke up the next morning with whiteheads and i continued to use it the white heads only got worsened

I really liked how this removed my makeup and how gentle it was

Good cleanser

I brought this 3 weeks ago as an alternative face wash. I have been using clinique facial bar for many years but now they have discontinued it and replaced with a liquid facial wash so I thought i would try the ordinarys instead I am 48 yes old and have combination skin. This cleanser works a treat! Removes all.makeup very well The first time I used it my skin did feel dry but after a few hours my skin was fine. It doesn't lather very well but that could be because I live in a hard water area otherwise this cleanser is very good. Will definitely buy again

Left my skin feeling great! Cannot wait to purchase the whole line! As someone who deals with sensitive skin i was hesitant to use this product. But my skin had no reaction and this product leaves my skin feeling so clean!

Removes makeup very well

I am 55 and have combination skin and was afraid that this cleanser would dry out my skin but it’s so affordable so I gave it a try. I use foundation and this cleanser is doing a great job without drying out my skin. What I like about The Ordinary is that for most products there are smaller sizes available so you can try out what works best for you without spending too much money or just buy as a travel size. How ever this cleanser only has one size. So I would recommend to sell also a smaller size of this product.

Not great

Not a fan. It's fine in a pinch but would not buy this again. It's gentle indeed but not great to remove makeup.

I have been using this cleanser for years now and its sooooo good. never broke me out, skin feels so clean and it also removes mascara perfectly!!!

Great for dry skin

I have very dehydrated skin due to age and thyroid condition and over the years have found most facial cleaners very drying. Then I found The Ordinary foaming cleanser and have not looked back. I've been using it for almost two years now and would highly recommend this facial wash for mature dry skin - it's the best.
