Favorite face wash

Had really bad acne before using this and it cleaned up my skin in weeks! Such a good face wash.

I tried to like it but my skin had really bad breakouts… especially on my forehead but it was cheap so i’m glad i tried it

Mediocre

Pros: Not drying or irritating. Would probably be ok for super dry skin if you weren't removing make-up. Cons: Not great at make-up removal - left make-up on my skin. Weird residue.

Not good

After few weeks of using This cleanser doesn’t remove makeup effectively and leaves my skin feeling oily afterward. I wouldn’t recommend it for combination or oily skin types.

Nothing super special

This is a good cleanser for dry sensitive skin! Overall I didn’t find it to be anything super special, and I don’t like the smell of it, and found other cleansers I enjoy more. A great cost effective option though, if the smell doesn’t bother you!

Great cleanser

Really liked this product, affordable great cleanser and not overpowering scent.

It does NOT clean the skin!

It does NOT remove make up or even regular daily dirt. It leaves a very thick and oily layer on the skin. Not a clean feeling.

Works well, but smells a bit nasty

I have used many products from The Ordinary, and I understand the reasoning of making products fragrance free. I prefer washable cleansers, and while I am perfectly happy with performance of this cleanser so far, it has a discernible but quite unpleasant smell. Not sure if it is meant to smell like sour milk, or whether I have been sent a faulty product, but is sufficiently off-putting to mean that I will not repurchase this.

On my Second Bottle!

Love this cream cleanser! This is my go to AM cleanser, or my second PM wash if my skin is irritated. No harsh chemicals or fragrances. Great for reactive, sensitive skin!

Best results

I’ve been using this cleanser for 6 months now, and waited this long to put a review after getting some results and I’m really impressed. It soothes the skin instantly without leaving any tight or dry feeling as I got with other clensers which made me avoid using a clenser for many years. So this is a huge win for my dry facial skin. After consistent use, I noticed it cleanses thoroughly the white heads I had a clearer skin. The formula feels light and refreshing, and it leaves my face feeling clean, calm, and balanced. No harsh chems or fragrance so it is best for my sensitive inflammatory prone skin. Not an influencer, just sharing my experience, honest opinion with this product with you ♡
