It's a great soap and I love the exfoliating beads that are equally gentle, yet effective and the scent. BUT the pump on this new bottle I bought never opened even after ~10 minutes of twisting. Feeling grateful that I had an old bottle sitting around so I could reuse the pump from that one. @OUAI - fix the pump!

    Rated 4 de 5 por de Clean, soft hands!! As with all Ouai products, the fragrance is lovely and has the perfect amount of strength. The exfoliating beads within the soap are a nice touch for extra cleaning and exfoliating. As other have noted, the pump is cheap and almost breaks with each use. However, I do appreciate Ouai’s other packaging for its green conscience and waste reduction.

This hand wash received compliments by literally anyone that’s come over to my place. Everyone loves the tiny exfoliating micro beads and the scent. Feels so luxurious and makes hands feel smooth after using. I’ll continue restocking :)
