Great mascara, I use both the black and brown colors. I also carry the mini in my bag and almost like that better for some reason. I wish it came in waterproof as well.

Didn’t lengthen lashes and it ended up ended my eyes

I wanted to love it....

Sadly I am not a fan of this mascara. I’m disappointed because I love every other Ilia product I have, but this falls short. The brush is very sharp and application is uncomfortable, I feel like I have to apply several coats, and it fades through the day and leaves dark circles under my eyes. I love that it has clean ingredients and love the brand overall, but won’t be buying this mascara again and will go back to the one from a different clean beauty brand.

Best Mascara I've Used!

I was completely devoted to another brand's mascara but have found a new favorite! This is the perfect separating, non-clumping mascara that easily washes off with soap and water.

Will be returning. Irritates my eyes. Has a strong floral fragrance which is pleasant but not typical for the mascaras I usually buy. It's also a very dry formula which makes it hard to build. All in all, not a great mascara.

All day wear and delicious length

I have the babiest eyelashes. They are thin and light and short and point downward. I curl them then apply a few swipes of this formula. Give it a second and apply a few more swipes and that’s it. To keep my lashes from falling I use a brush handle or a q-tip stem horizontally. I press it onto my lashes to push them up and back. Hold for a second or two. They stay up all day! No chipping, weeping or smearing in anyway. The formula stays on and stays up until night. The color becomes a little grayer near 7:00pm, but the hold is solid.

Length without the heaviness

I have been reaching for this every single day. It gives such a soft natural length without making my lashes feel heavy or crunchy, which I love. It separates really nicely and builds without clumping, so I can keep it minimal or add a little more for extra definition.I also appreciate how lightweight it feels. It truly does not feel like I am wearing mascara at all, but my lashes still look longer and more defined. It wears well throughout the day and does not flake on me, even with busy mom life.Overall this has become one of those easy everyday staples that just works. Clean, simple, and really pretty.

It’s ok

I hate clumping mascara so Ilia is good for that. However I did think it would be slightly better than it is. It delivers a very thin coat of mascara so it’s probably best for someone who has nice eyelashes and just wants to enhance them but keep their natural look.

This mascara is by far the BEST in my opinion. This mascara makes my lashes look not just limitless but naturally flawless too. I see why allure gave it the 2020 beauty award, they probably should give it the 2026 award as well!!!

Great mascara

This mascara is better than any I’ve tried lately. My favorite thing is that the wand doesn’t come out with ‘globs’ of mascara on it. I still have to take some off the wand, but not as much as others. I’m 71 and (in my opinion), I don’t think big, thick, lashes are attractive on older women.

really disappointing - after all the phenomenal reviews this barely did anything for me

it was so hard to get this to show up on my lashes. my lashes are extremely light blonde, and they're long but they're not thick (like the rest of my hair). this mascara barely lengthened or thickened my lashes; it did not separate them well or fan them out the way other mascaras do. it did not curl them. it was sad. i will throw away... and i will not be buying again.
