Did nothing for me

I can honestly say this did absolutely nothing for me. My hair is dry with some damage and it felt worse after using this, no idea how that can be but it just didn't suit my type of hair. Maybe good for very fine hair or hair that is almost very healthy.

Gorgeous

All aveda hair products are lovely, they leave my hair feeling so soft and smelling gorgeous. Their masques are my favourite and they don't weigh down my fine hair which is important to me and what I look for in hair products. The scent of these ones is really nice too!
