I don't wash my hair every day so the first thing I look for in a daily hair product like this is that there won't be product build up and it won't make it look oily or more dirty. This product didn't! I received this complimentary from Sephora Collection and it has been a game changer for my oily scalp. I apply a dropperfull nightly about 30 minutes before going to bed so my scalp will have enough time to absorb it and I massage my scalp with a scalp massager just to diffuse the product properly. I don't wake up with dirty looking hair which is a plus! I still have volume left in my hair by morning. I've noticed my hair has looked less flaky, more shiny and clean lately. I absolutely see a difference with this product!

I was excited to be gifted by Sephora Collection to try. The texture is light and fairly watery, which will make this great for most hair and skin types. My hair is on the drier side so sometimes I follow it with an oil, sometimes not. It soothes my scalp, but I do wish that it had peppermint to provide a tingling effect. I also wish that the product wasn’t fragranced as that doesn’t really add anything to the effectiveness. Luckily though it doesn’t linger too much. I have locs so I love that it comes in a dropper which allows me to apply in between them. Overall this is a great product for maintenance in between wash days.
