Great for acne, thanks for making it a big bottle, so much easier and economical to apply for back and chest area, helps with acne a lot

Mixed opinions

For some time, this product helped clear my skin slightly. But it started drying it out and I had to stop using it. My skins used to active ingredients despite me having combo skin. I gave it a second chance and used it less frequently but it still dried me out. Maybe I'll give it one more chance at a later point when my skins recovered.

Really helpful

I have suffered from lots of acne in my arms and shoulders, especially in the sun they are brought out and I can’t help but to pick them, this product has not only helped scarring, but also had a small impact on the spots too. Do beware this product will not clear all scarring like most products but it will definitely help!

After a week I think the bumpy skin on my legs has reduced by about half. Dries quickly and doesn’t feel sticky

I’ve been using this for more than a month. It’s easy to apply because of the shape of the top. I used it once in a week & sometimes even twice in a week. It never irritated my skin.

Great product to remove stubborn hairs after laser

I bought this product to help remove stubborn hairs after laser hair removal in hormonal areas around my thighs and knees and it has been absolutely amazing. I've noticed significantly less hairs which means I've been able to reduce the frequency of laser hair removal visits. I've been applying it twice a week straight after my shower and let it sit for about 5 minutes until it dries and then I apply moisturiser. I'll be getting another bottle when this one runs out

Okay product, not effevtive

Liquid product which i bought to clear my bacne or at least help with it, but i didn't see much of an effect, it didnt sting and was not heavy on my skin, absorbed without any residue or sticky feeling

It’s the first product I’ve used that has actually helped reduce acne type spots on my sides. It’s easy to apply, dries in quickly and doesn’t have a strong smell

Effective Solution for Problematic Skin – A Daily

I’ve been struggling with keratosis pilaris on the back of my hands for a while, and this product has worked wonders! Paired with niacinamide, it’s a dream team. The concentration isn’t too high, which makes it perfect for daily use without irritation. I highly recommend it to anyone dealing with similar skin concerns!

A little more viscosity please!

I believe this product has made a difference to congestion on my back, shoulders and chest. HOWEVER, it would benefit tremendously from being even slightly more viscous. It has a very watery consistency and I therefore feel like I've probably lost about 15% of the bottle to run-off from the areas of congestion to unaffected areas of my body or the floor! I'm on the website right now to place another order of Ordinary products and I'm trying to decide whether to order this again or not.

AMAZING!

Absolutely amazed by this. I have had bacne for a while now. I used a back scrubber brush and random body wash in the bath last night and applied the glycolic toner and then this after. Upon waking up today, my back is the smoothest it has been in months.

Terrible packaging design

Early days to judge the product's effectiveness but it certainly gets no stars for packaging. Although described as a serum, the product has a very thin, watery consistency, and it's impossible to control it with the type of bottle it comes in. Usually end up with more product than you need and it runs/drips everywhere. I would recommend that The Ordinary consider a rollerball bottle for this product.
