It’s the first product I’ve used that has actually helped reduce acne type spots on my sides. It’s easy to apply, dries in quickly and doesn’t have a strong smell

A little more viscosity please!

I believe this product has made a difference to congestion on my back, shoulders and chest. HOWEVER, it would benefit tremendously from being even slightly more viscous. It has a very watery consistency and I therefore feel like I've probably lost about 15% of the bottle to run-off from the areas of congestion to unaffected areas of my body or the floor! I'm on the website right now to place another order of Ordinary products and I'm trying to decide whether to order this again or not.

AMAZING!

Absolutely amazed by this. I have had bacne for a while now. I used a back scrubber brush and random body wash in the bath last night and applied the glycolic toner and then this after. Upon waking up today, my back is the smoothest it has been in months.

Terrible packaging design

Early days to judge the product's effectiveness but it certainly gets no stars for packaging. Although described as a serum, the product has a very thin, watery consistency, and it's impossible to control it with the type of bottle it comes in. Usually end up with more product than you need and it runs/drips everywhere. I would recommend that The Ordinary consider a rollerball bottle for this product.

Multi-use

Gifted. This is such a great multi-use product. I use in conjuction with the body lotion but reading the reviews I now will try and use it on my scalp, and my face! I noticed my legs didn't feel like strawberries anymore when using this and it is great for getting rid of little bumps/ ingrown hairs on the body. I would definitely say use it with the body lotion though, or a moisturiser... and you'll have baby skin :)

Okay for sensitive skin

As someone with oily, acne-prone skin, I was looking for something effective to help clear breakouts and minimize pores. this was gifted bY TheOrdinary. I honestly haven’t noticed much difference but i need to be more consistent with it, i try to use it on armpits/bacne but i have sensitive skin and it sometimes burns!

Too watery

I've just started using it so not sure on effect yet of clearing up my back acne. It's not what I would call a serum though, more like a toner and very liquid so quite hard to apply to body. I think it would be better slightly thicker or as some have said in a spray bottle.

It really works!

Great serum

Gifted by the ordinary - I love this serum, it's so easy to add it to my body lotion and use it every night! It didn't burn my skin, even after shaving. My skin is pretty sensitive but I haven't had any issues with this!

Body Acne No More

This product was gifted to me by theordinary. Super lightweight body serum that goes on smoothly with the applicator bottle. I typically use on my neck and chest - the two places I get the most body acne. This serum helped to clear the congestion in my neck and chest. Will definitely keep using as a post shower skincare.
