Helpful, but still looking for something better

Second time of buying.This seems to be helping my aging dry skin to feel more comfortable, but only four stars as use over time doesn’t seem to be improving the problem.

Does a good job plumping the skin

I use this on my “makeup days” and I do notice a difference in the plump and bounce of my skin. That being said I ALWAYS spray some sort of water mist and use a hydrating moisturizer on top of this because hyaluronic acid pulls moisture to itself so if you don’t add moisture on top, it will pull it from your skin. Just something to note in case you weren’t aware. But I do really like this product. I even bought it back up.

Breakouts

When I use this I break out in tiny whiteheads along my cheekbones. Very weird. I've been using it on my legs so I don't waste it and honestly don't notice any difference in hydration.

Must have

I was using the ordinary serum and thought I loved it until I tried this. No sticky tacky feeling and my skin is so plump and hydrated.

Hydrating, gentle, and no fragrance!

This Kiehls hyaluronic acid was very gentle and hydrating. The consistency is the perfect blend (not watery or super thick). I love that there was no fragrance. I have dry, acne prone skin, and I did not break out! A win, is a win! I am glad I purchased this product and would recommend to others.

My new favorite Hyaluronic acid serum!!

I was skeptical at first due to the sticky texture after applying… but I LOVE this Ultra Pure Hyaluronic Acid Serum. The simple ingredients list does wonders for my acne prone dry skin. I HIGHLY recommend this!

Must-have for winter / dry skin

I absolutely love this product. I have very sensitive / dry / acne prone skin, and in the winter months I have a really hard time retaining moisture. This has been a game changer for me over the past year. I use it at least once a day underneath my cream / moisturizer, and it's definitely made a huge difference in areas where I would typically see flaky / dry skin. I'm particular about what I put on my face, and I love this serum because I know that Kiehl's uses clean ingredients that I don't have to worry about irritating my sensitive skin.

Me encanta este serum, hidrata muy bien mi piel, la hace brillar y se siente mucho más suave. No es pesado ni espeso, es muy hidratante. Si buscas un serum ligero y hidrate, definitivamente te lo recomiendo. Mi piel se ve y se siente genial.

Beware if you have sensitive skin…

I used this serum for about three weeks and it made me break out so bad. I stopped using it and the breakouts stopped. I do have sensitive, dry skin. Given the price & results it’s a hard pass for me.

Must have for hydrated skin

Love love love this serum!!!! I used to use the ordinary hyralonic acid serum but did nothing and would get foamy and gross on my face. Thus serum is a god send for dry skin, I use acne medication that makes my skin very dry. This one completely hydrates my skin and it feels so plump and hydrated. People who say negative reviews about his done know how to use it. Use it on damp skin!!! I absolutely will repurchase this 100%!!

Decent serum, fairly hydrating, but no huge effects - would not repurchase

Caused me to break out

I love most other kiehl’s skincare products but after having perfect skin this serum made me consistently break out when I don’t typically get pimples and I don’t think I can use it anymore.
