I have really long (24 inches) and really thick hair that is extremely hard to wash thoroughly. Hair wash days are frustrating to me. That’s why I loved this shampoo. This is one of my favorite shampoos. I have wavy frizzy hair and I would say it keeps my hair hydrated and healthy. It smells really good & a little product goes a long way. It also makes a great gift for others!

Very strong scent of alcohol, not pleasant. And didn't really notice any positive difference in my hair. Wouldn't recommend or repurchase.
