Soothing & Barrier Support Serum

Not soothing or supportive - my poor skin!

So disappointed with this product. I was really looking forward to trying it out. After two days of use, my skin was red and sore. My cheeks were blazing and covered in the worst rosacea break out I've had in years. I did not find this serum soothing or supportive. Noticed an immediate improvement after returning to other products that perform better for my skin. Use with caution on sensitive or rosacea prone skin.

Good Formula but Not for My Skin” 2. “Didn’t Suit

I wanted to love this serum because the ingredients sounded promising. The texture is lightweight and absorbs quickly without feeling greasy. However, after using it consistently for a few days, I started noticing small breakouts and slight irritation. Since I have very sensitive and reactive skin, I stopped using it and my skin slowly improved. I think it may work well for others depending on skin type, but unfortunately it wasn’t the right match for me. Definitely recommend patch testing before applying it all over the face.”

My least favourite product from the Ordinary

I adore the Ordinary, so don't get me wrong. However, this serum is my least favourite product I have purchased so far. It did not work for me at all. Quite the opposite, it gave me a breakout I had never had before, so the serum went down the drain. While this one did not work for me, it might work for others. I have never had any significant problems with my skin, I'm quite lucky.

HORRIBLE!!

I absolutely hate this. It made me break out so bad. I had a bunch of red pink dots all over my face from this. It went away about two hours later later, but I personally do not recommend.

No more redness!!!!

Amazing obsessed with this product! My rosacea has gone! No other product has ever worked like this!!! Love love love. I’ll be using this forever!

The best serum out there

I have had a lot of pimples and the state of my skin barrier was atrocious! My skin started to clear up noticeably after using it

I had a skin rash from it

I had an immediate skin rash to it. My daughter tried it and she has a similar reaction. I won’t touch it again. This never happened to me before, I am not sure what ingredient is upsetting my skin so much.

Not for My Skin

I was very excited to try this serum. I have rosacea and my skin always show ruddy. I thought this would be just the thing to quiet my skin down. I couldn't have been more wrong. I've used this once or twice a day for a month, and each time I apply it starts to burn more than the time before. I thought my skin needed to just get used to it, but my face is becoming redder as I go along. Today it's been uncomfortable for over an hour now, so in the trash it goes. I'm so bummed. I will continue looking for my holy grail, but this sure wasn't it.

Great for moisture, a no go for redness.

I went on an Ordinary shopping spree for skincare in the New Year. This serum is great for hydration, and is definitely gentle enough for sensitive skin. It loses two stars for me on the hue. The product has a distinct red/pink tint which remains on your skin. It makes my already red cheeks even worse, and doesn't cover well. Overall I would recommend for anyone looking for great barrier support, as long as you don't have redness issues.

Microneedle soother

I purchased this at the recommendation from the RN who does my microneedling treatments. Although she's not a dermatologist, I trust her implicitly with my skincare. She recommended I add this to my post 72 hour microneedling skincare regimen which is very gentle compared to my normal routine. This product immediately helps soothe the redness and "anger" from my freshly treated skin. It helps combat the tightness and dryness caused from microneedling and aids in speed healing from the "I lost a fight" immediate aftermath. I only use this 3 days every 6 weeks or so, butruck it works great for my needs and I would suggest trying it after other skin treatments.

I love this serum I initially bought it to repair my skin after I started using Tretinoid and I never stop using since then even after my skin has been repaired ! Helps a lot ! I use it on my day skin care routine(:
