The Base Face Milk

I have been using this product for a year, and it has become part of my skincare regimen in the morning and at night. I use it after washing my face as a base before applying moisturizer. Prior to using The Base Face Milk, my aging skin was starting to feel dry and looked dull. My skin is now soft, smooth, and more radiant. It is definitely worthy of a 5-star review!

Night and Day

I use this product every day and night. I use it at night after I exfoliate my face with a mild exfoliating pad and in the morning, after cleansing my face, before I use other skincare products. It's refreshing, light, but very hydrating.

This is a must!

I love this milk. It leaves skin so smooth and hydrating with youthful look. I’ve used it in spring and summer, but it can be used during winter. My husband use it also, and it lasts for months!

Amazing!

I love this face milk. It’s so light, so hydrating, and the bottle last a very long time. I’m in active chemo treatment which causes my skin to be dry, so I wanted something hydrating, not heavy, and also natural without harmful chemicals. This is it!!

Nice but nothing special

Tried based on reviews. After two weeks of daily use, I'm not convinced this is the holy grail of moisturizing primers. It's a nice product, for sure.

Basic everyday moisture for normal or oily skin

This is a lovely product — like everything Ilia makes. But it’s not enough moisture for me. It’s very light and seems dewy at first but quickly dries and stays that way. I love my other products from Ilia but won’t purchase this again. Would work well for young skin with more oil. I’m over 60 and fair so my skin needs something more.

The Base Face Milk

I love this for my face. Use twice a day: right after my morning shower and after nightly cleansing. Feels so good. My skin says "Ahhhhh, thank you!"

The only brand of face lotion that doesn't irritate my skin!

I really love this brand, prior to finding it, I had never been able to find a face lotion that didn't irritate my skin (redness and burning and breakouts). This one hydrates great and causes no problems for me! I use this every morning and the thicker cream they have every night. In about two months I've noticed an undeniable reduction in wrinkles and plumper more moisturized skin. I highly recommend getting both this milk and the cream!
