i used to love this shampoo because of how soft it would make my hair feel and i loved the smell but now they changed the smell to it and the texture and it makes my hair rough and when i’m shampooing it just feels very rough.

Such an incredible shampoo, honestly might be the best shampoo I have ever used in my life. I get the shampoo refill and it lasts FOREVER. A little goes a long way! I really have noticed a big positive change in my hair health since using this shampoo. I have curly hair and my curls have gotten so much healthier!

Good for damaged hair

This really helped my highlighted, damaged hair. I’ve been bleaching my hair for years and feel like this actually helps. I’ve repurchased several times. I do double cleanse with a volumizing shampoo first

Hair falling out and thinning

Made my hair fall out I had to end up cutting it down to a 1guard mind u I had bob length hair and my husband and my son hair fell out from the scalp and thinned it

(i wrote the same thing for the conditioner) i literally used this yesterday and OMG?? i have a VERY damaged curl pattern because i would straighten my hair for 7 years, AND IT FULLY REVIVED MY CURL PATTERN?? my hair type went from damaged wavy hair back to healthy defined 3a hair. don’t WALK. RUN.

I got a sample and everything was fine, I bought the full size shampoo and conditioner. After washing and drying my hair, it looked like I hadn't washed it at all. It was as if the product had built up at the roots, and of course, I couldn't style it properly. I will return it!

got it as a sample with conditioner and mask. as soon i was washing my hair a lot of my hair fell out. The same with the conditioner.

this has been a staple in my shower for years now. i love using this line when my hair needs a little pick me up, after a protective style or just a lot of stress / tension styles. it lathers beautifully and smells great too!
