Not worth it for acne-prone skin
I received a 15ml sample as part of the Sephora Advent calendar. I have combination oily/ sensitive, hormomal acne-prone skin, so was cautious about trying it as it contained shea butter/potential pore cloggers. I also use retinol/prescription acne topicals. However their website stated that this product was their best for acne (here: https://augustinusbader.com/uk/en/evidence/treating-acne-prone-skin-skincare-solutions) so I decided to give it a go. Pros: did not irritate/sting my skin, smooth texture when applying. I can imagine it is great for dry skin. Cons: did not notice any improvement in acne/hyperpigmentation as marketed on their website. I was getting clogged pores on forehead/brow where I usually don’t experience acne. It also left a very greasy residue that sat on top of my skin, and felt unclean. Would definitely not pay full price for this.
