nice scent but disappointing results

I really wanted to like this because the Ouai detox shampoo worked really well. And I like the scent because it smells so clean and not overpowering. Unfortunately, however, this shampoo gave me bad dandruff. Really bad. So I'll be finishing the bottle off as a body wash =(

Not great for sensitive skin

I would not recommend this product to anyone with sensitive skin. Made my hair look and feel great, but I struggled with terrible breakouts on my chin/neck/jaw for months while using this product. Once I switched to a scent free conditioner, my skin cleared up. stopped and

Finally found my product!

I've bought this multiple now as I feel like I've FINALLY found the hair product that works for me. The first time I used it the change was pretty quick. my hair got super soft and it definitely added some shine to it. I use both the shampoo and conditioner with recently adding the Hair Gloss (definitely added more softness and shine)

I got this product for my daughter who has curly hair and it dried her hair out so bad. I stopped using it after 2 washes because of how dry it got.

This shampoo dried my hair ouuuttt. My hair was a tangled mess while using this shampoo. I thought maybe I was imagining things because I’ve colored my hair recently, but I switched back to my regular Shea Moisture shampoo and my hair was buttery smooth.

Smell just all day

I personally love this product it leaves my hair feeling hydrated and smooth. This one does have a scent to it, I always get compliments when I wear it due to this hair product actually staying and leaving your hair shiny.

As someone with thick wavy/curly hair, it’s hard to find a shampoo that really locks in moisture and keeps it from becoming super frizzy, but this surprisingly did a really good job. It smells really good and gives your hair the care it needs! Gifted by ouai

I really like this shampoo. I have long thick hair. I didn’t have to use a lot of product like I usually do with other shampoos. It’s smells so good! And the smell really lasts. My hair didn’t feel super dry after using it. Complimentary from ouai

This shampoo & conditioner duo is phenomenal! I have A LOT of hair, so often it is hard to manage and requires a multitude of products. These 2 are designed for thick hair and it shows!! The product lathers so well, a little goes a long way. It helps detangle and smooth out my hair, minimizing frizz. I live in a humid climate and this has definitely helped my hair be more tame.
