Idk if it was this cleanser or the water bank combined but my face had never felt so dry and flaky, I stopped using after a few times

This face washed does help with taking off your make up and leaves your face feeling so clean and takes all the nasty dirt from all day, and my face has been feeling super hydrated, and smooth with this. I really recommend it.

My oily skin loves it!

I’ve really been liking this cleanser for my oily, acne-prone skin. It makes my face feel super clean without drying it out and I haven’t had any new breakouts since I started using it. I usually stick to fragrance-free skincare, but the scent is not overpowering. Overall, it’s a gentle and effective cleanser I’d definitely recommend. I got this product gifted from Laneige.

Nothing special

This cleanser is okay, but in my opinion it’s nothing special. It has a creamy gel texture and no noticeable scent. It foams up a bit, but still feels substantial and creamy before rinsing. My skin does feel clean after use, which is important to me given my combo/oily skin type. Many “gentle” cleansers don’t hold up in that respect. The Laneige cleanser doesn’t cause an obvious squeaky clean effect, but I feel like it leaves the tiniest bit of residue behind. I’m very picky about cleansers, because while I want my face to be clean, a lot of products feel overly stripping. I was hopeful for this one at first, but after using for a couple days it started to irritate my skin a little. My skin is somewhat sensitive, so others might not have that issue. In the end I need a gentler formula than this one for everyday use, but it came close to fitting the bill. I also think it’s a bit overpriced for a good but pretty standard cleanser.

Gentle

Laneige makes the most gentle skincare I’ve ever tried. I love this water bank gentle gel cleanser as it’s lightweight and refreshing and does exactly as it’s supposed to. My skin looks and feels fresh after and I have been loving it !

I absolutely loved this cleanser! It was gently on my sensitive skin while being hydrating. The smell is not too powerful but is light. I will definitely be recommending this product to my family and friends!

I’m obsessed with this cleanser! It melts away foundation, eyeliner, and even waterproof mascara effortlessly, without leaving any trace behind. My skin is dry and often dehydrated, but this hasn’t caused a single dry patch or any flakiness.

The cleanser is so gentle on the skin. It removes dirt and oiliness without making my skin feel dry. I have been using it and it soothes my skin. The cleanser doesn't have a strong fragrance. It is a perfect first step for my skincare routine.

i loveee that this is a super lightweight gel that melts into the skin. it cleanses gently without stripping, rinses off easily, and leaves skin soft, fresh, and hydrated like a splash of water. perfect for daily use.

The whole waterbank line is my favorite ever. Adding a cleansing gel to the mix was the right move! The gel cleanser is really effective as removing my makeup with just one wash at night. I love the texture of the product, it washed well. I love the bottle too, it’s very attractive! My skin didn’t feel tight and dry afterwards, and I follow with the waterbank moisturizers

I received this complementary from LaNeige. This creates kind of like a rich cleansing foam - super fun and I don’t think I’ve ever used a foaming cleanser before but I like it! My skin felt hydrated and not stripped like some harsher cleansers can do. I didn’t have any skin sensitivity after use either. Overall such a pleasant cleanser and I’m so glad I got to try it!

Fantastic new cleanser from Laneige! Sooo gentle and also doesn’t strip my skin. Also smells good and feels like a luxurious experience which I love! Will definitely continue to use and love seeing new stuff from the brand!
