Not bad but not great

I had high hopes for this product, it’s just ok, not sure I would purchase again. I have medium length fine hair. Doesn’t give me as much volume as I’d hoped after drying my hair. But my hair is still nice and shiny, and smooth afterwards, that I like.

I had my hopes really high for this product. It worked a little but not as expected.

Doesn't stay volumized!

I tried this for my fine, usually flat hair with high hopes. I applied it on damp hair and used a blow dryer to get the most volume out of it. I did give me more volume than if I didn't use anything. I went out for on a Friday night and a few hours in, my hair was as flat as ever. This was a sad fail

Tried for my thinning hair

I typically don’t use mousse but my hair has gotten thin and wanted to try to give it some help. It definitely boosts my roots! I use it on damp hair. I have never tried it on dry although it says you can.

Zero Volume

No volume. To my surprise, this product adds zero volume to my medium thick and shoulder length hair. I love the texturizing spray so I thought I’d try this. Definitely a waste of money. Big sexy hair root pump blows this product out of the water!!

Fab product

I was looking for a new mousse type of product especially to give my fine hair more volume and decided to try this. Wow is certainly aptly names. My hair definitely takes on extra volume, which stays with it. Love this!

My New Must Have Hair Care Product

This product is amazing. It’s foamy and helps me both style my hair and the volume is incredible. The texture is great and it doesn’t feel heavy it feels weightless. I really recommend this! It’s something I didn’t know I needed! And love!

Great for adding volume

Color Wow’s Xtra Large Bombshell Volumizer is helpful when I want to add volume to my hair. As the instructions and other reviewers note, it does perform better when applied in sections. I appreciate that it doesn’t cause any greasiness or filminess, and I do not detect much of a scent. The texture is kind of a watery foam, and it’s easy to apply evenly. After styling my hair, I notice that it seems fuller and more voluminous as well as less frizzy. Although my hair seems slightly more difficult to brush out after using it and a tad drier, that’s the case with all volumizing products for me because my hair is fine and somewhat damaged. Overall, it’s an effective product for increasing volume, and I also appreciate the added benefit of heat protection. I received this product as a free sample to review.

Definitely better products out there

I'm sure this works okay if you don't get a dud of a bottle! The product comes out runny/watery, not at all like a foam, which is what I'm assuming it is supposed to be? I am definitely not "Wow'd" by the performance of this product, and it is likely too late to return.

Blowout staple

I really like this product. I have very fine, straight hair. I use this along with the color wow carb product and it gives me more bounce and volume!
