Possibly my only holy grail since I'm on my third bottle. I'm too lazy to have a regimen but I never forget to use this after cleansing. I have very oily skin and a history of acne but I've barely had a breakout since I started using this and my skin does not feel dehydrated even in Colorado dryness.

Made my face itch

I did a patch test on my arm for 24 hours and had no reaction whatsoever, but within 15 minutes of applying it to my face I started feeling itchy! My skin started looking more pink and irritated on my cheeks, chin, and forehead as well. Everything else in my routine (cleanser, hyaluronic acid, and moisturizer) was the same products I have been using comfortably for over a year, so clearly this toner isn't right for my skin. Disappointed, especially since my online order leaked all over during shipping so I've already had to go to the store once to return the leaky product, and now I'll have to go *again* to return the replacement because it irritated my skin.

Not for me

Dislike the smell and although it was not bad, I would not buy again.

Broke me out

Well darn. I really wanted to like this but I’m pretty sure it broke me out

Breakouts

Feels really good on my face but I used it twice and I got about 4 pimples on my chin and 3 on my cheeks and I haven’t had a pimple in over a year so definitely upsetting and it’s not for everyone

Not for people with rosacea

I love all products from The Ordinary, but this one is NOT for people with rosacea. Even when used minimally, it aggravated my rosacea.

Love this stuff!

My 75 year old skin loves this toner! I've never been a believer in toners until I tried this -- only used about 1/4th of the bottle, but I already see improved texture and reduction in dark spots. Thanks to the Ordinary!

good, but smells bad.

I was using this daily and it seemed to be a good product. Gave good hydration and seemed to give a bit of a glow. Unfortunately, I found out later it was giving off some odor. Was with my girlfriend who kept asking if I had been drinking milk, no.. confused I brushed my teeth and rinsed with mouthwash. Still there. Next day still there again. Oh.. milky toner. I of course couldn't smell anything... So I was going to only use this at night, but there are other times out there that work similarly and don't. have the same smell issue.

Best value for the money

I noticed a difference after the first use! Better texture, better hydration & minimized fine lines.

Light yet Effective

I love this product and I’m happy I purchased this for my sensitive skin. While my skin has no blemishes, I would say, this is a great product to use for gentle but yet effective exfoliation. You can feel the serum in action upon first apply and a little goes a long way.

Caused breakouts

Caused breakouts on my face in areas I haven't broken out since I was a teenager. Using it up as a body treatment. The smell is not overwhelming and dissipates quickly.

Heartbroken & Confidence down the drain.

If I could give this product zero stars, I would, I've had clear skin for years. I decided to include this toner in my routine since the ordinary products usually work well with my skin, not even after two weeks of just using this toner, my cheeks and jaw and chin broke out in hundreds of bumps. I don't even know what they are, but it accidentally ruined my confidence as someone who's been told they have nice skin for years. I currently have a hard time looking in the mirror. I was so in shock that this happened to me. I've haven't left the house. I've been skipping class. The bumps stopped as soon as I stopped using this toner. Mind you, I've only used this toner for a week for two weeks before this happened and my skin was clear for years before using this toner. I'm honestly heartbroken and don't know what to do.
