Soft Matte Perfection That Lasts All Day”

I’ve been testing the NARS Natural Matte Longwear Foundation and I’m honestly impressed. The finish is a soft matte that still looks like real skin, not flat or cakey. It gives really good medium-to-full coverage and evens out redness and blemishes without feeling heavy.

Amazing foundation !

First time when I used this foundation, I failed.. looked quite hard to blend in to the skin, felt that foundation sat on the top. Next time I used richer texture face cream (my skin in dry on the winter) and I used primer. Also, I shaked bottle before I used and I pumped on my palm, warmed foundation up a little bit and just then, with the sponge, I applied on the skin. Such a difference ! It stayed the whole day. No smudge or transfer. Description says that foundation is sweat and water proof, I did a little test I sprayed with a lot of water and tried to rub off.. no change ! Need to use make up remover. The big days and celebrations, or if you are a gym girl, you are covered ! Make up will stay flawless

Great foundation

I couldn't wait to purchase and try this foundation and I am so glad I did. It was not too oily and blended so well into my skin and matched my skin tone perfectly. I had no need to use powder as my skin didnt need it because of this matte finish. I also felt that my skin was breathable, like I did not have anything on!

Blurs skin texture

I recieved this to test and review as a member of the nars community. The nars foundation comes in its sleek elegant bottle with a built in pump dispenser. Shake well before use. The consistency is lightweight serum like texture, and applies nicely. It gives a medium coverage, which is buildable. On skin it is very lightweight, barely there feel, skin is able to breathe. It covers skin in a way to smooth it out and even the texture, making skin look flawless in a very natural way. It has a matte finish. It dried quickly, with minimal transfer, and stayed on well through the day. It contains many skin care ingredients like Niacinamide and peptides, therefore, over time continues to improve skin's texture. This is perfect for those with combo/oily skin as it helps reduce oil and shine. If you have dry skin, just make sure your base is very hydrated or this may look a little dry due to the powder matte finish. Overall, this is a great medium coverage natural looking foundation which blurs and gives the illusion of flawless skin without any effort.
